I am sorry to say but you have no chances in BDS as to secure a seat one should have a score of above 400.Also to get admitted in BAMS one should have a minimum score of above 300.I would suggest you to sit for the counseling process and apply in all the AYUSH courses.

Nope. There is no need to do complete study in assam only to get benefit of state quota.
College needs only domicile of assam for state quota verification. If you have your own home (parents)in assam that means if your parents have voter ID card of assam then you are eligible for state quota.
Only you have to make domicile of assam from nearby block.

basis of your score in NEET, you should know that it would be too early
to predict anything. The cut off trends tend to change every year and
same can be expected for this year as well. However, for your given
score, you have a good chance to get into a good college. If you want a
decent level college you should have achieved a score of 500+. But you
