The cutoff for this year to get a government medical college is about 490+ marks. For OBC category candidates, one need to score at least more than 450 marks to get a government medical college for BAMS and BHMS like courses.

Based on previous years trends it is difficult for you to get admission in your preferred college ie BAMS, however you can get following colleges:

JNTUH college of engineering, electrical engineering

MVSR ENGINEERING COLLEGE, ECE

Vardhman college of engineering, Hyderabad, electrical engineering

CVR COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING.

As if you are looking for government ayurveda colleges at 440 then yes you can try for it .
Even  though   all India quota  seats .

But one thing I would suggest you that  you should go for the state quota counseling  process  also


It would be difficult for you to get the govt. seat even through reservation because the govt. seat demands 450+ marks for the admissions. In ayurvedic courses the possibility of getting the seat depends upon the merit rank and the marks obtained in class 12. There is no such bounding

With this score it's difficult to get admission if you belong to the general category. However you can try at the private medical colleges. You can also try getting admission through some quota at the private colleges. But with this score it's difficult to get good private colleges
