For getting a good government BAMS seat your score must be above 250 as per last few years record. That's considered a good score. This year you may expect a rise in this score. Wait for the bams counselling to begin in your state. Don't lose heart. Hope for the best.

It depends upon the number of seats and the students this year have increased the benchmark as many scored high marks and this year's paper was somewhat easy. That's why cutoff may deccrease.
Government cutoff for BAMS will be in range of 460+ this year i think and Semi government colleges will be upto 430+.
You can hope for private and Semi-Government colleges and try to have a look on the vacancy round as you can get lucky in some cases.

Choosing a course to study between BAM, BHMS, and BSc should depend on what your interests are. Through BSc you will not be a practicing doctor. You’ll be enter the research field, but not be a practitioner. Through BHMS and BAMS, you do stand a chance at practicing some form of medicine.

First of all the reservation for BAMS in Kerala is alloted for many categories like Ezhava,Muslim , Backward Hindu and soon. In order to provide exact details I would have needed to know which category you belong to.
Considering your score I doubt whether you will be able to secure a government bams seat . The chances are more for the private colleges in Kerala.

Im sorry to inform you, that based on your marks getting into a govern medical college is not possible. You may stand a chance at securing a seat in government veterinary or BAMS colleges, however that cannot be determined accurately as the cutoffs vary a lot every year.
