I am afraid  that Bachelor's  of Ayurveda Medicine  and Surgery  courses  give admission  on the basis of NEET results and an aggregate  of 50% Marks  in 10+2 or equivalent.

However,  at this result, you won't even be qualifying for appearing in NEET examination.

189 is a very less score for admission in BAMS, maharashtra. For obc category the  minimum required marks in goverment college under BAMS  are 400+ , for semi govt. college under BAMS  the required marks are 360+, for private college under BAMS the required marks are 280+ . For lower

Indian nationals above the age of 17 who have passed their 10+2 with PCB stream can apply for NEET. Admission to BAMS is solely through NEET with an average fees of Rs. 12,000 per year.

it depends on, in which categories you belong if you are from sc/st (ph) than you have a good chance of getting admission in BAMS in Karnataka.
