As per the latest update by MCI and HRD they have made NEET mandatory for Ayurveda courses too.
NEET Examination is necessary for MBBS, BAMS, and BHMS. And only NEET qualified students can take admission in this course not in India anywhere in the world.

If you belong to general category and if you will apply under 85% state quota seats then your chances of getting a seat in government bams college is quite good.i hope this information helps you.

BAMS admission is through NEET Entrance Exam, To apply for the exam you should have minimum 50% PCB aggregate score in class 12th as a General Category & 40% as a reserved category. You can check the further eligibility you can go through with the given below link.
