It would be tough to tell you the exact for your admission possibilities. In order to get admission in Governmnet colleges you can apply only in your state. With this score the chances might be there so you can try for Government Colleges BAMS programme.

i m sorry to say getting in BAMS and SASTRA is quite doubtfull while its a top medical college but there is good chances of getting SCM and ARYANDALA.

The admission of MBBS, BDS & other Ayush programme is through Karnataka counselling on the basis of NEET score. With this score the chances are less to get a seat in Government college but you can try in private college for BAMS & Ayush programme.
