Admission to UP BaMs counselling isvia UPCPAT exam which is known as Uttar pradesh Combined Pre Ayush Test for BAMS and BUMs courses.

NEET doesnt qualify for UP BaMs counselling in 2018 to 2019 academic year.

The cutoff varies every year for all courses, so it is difficult to predict before the cut off marks are released for 2018 AYUSH counselling by the State Authority. 

There are few chances you can expect a government seat you need not go for the management quota. For the management quota seats as you are aware you will need an extra sum of money that needs to be paid apart from the normal fees.
