For any course through neet, you have to atleast qualify the test. 

For a good BAMS college  marks should range between 450 and 500.

Goa University offers B.A.M.S course. Bharateeya Sanskriti Prabodhini's Gomantak Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya & Research Centre offers B.A.M.S course. This is a 4.5 years duration and further 1 year internship course.

It is tough to tell you the exact & the cutoff also varies state to state. With this score the chances seems to be less to get a seat in Government colleges for BAMS programme, You can try for private colleges.
