You need to appear for NEET and the admission is on the basis of score in this. If you have a domicile of Maharashtra, you can apply under the 85% state quota. If not, apply under all india quota or to deemed colleges and central universities.

The admission for BAMS & other Ayush courses will be through Andhra Pradesh counselling on the basis of NEET score.

I would suggest you to go with your interest. Both are differnt fields and are not related to each other, one involves surgery and other involves knowledge of ayurvedic medicine. So choose that in which you are intrested. Here are the few difference between the two of them:
