If you look at the trends of the cut off scores over the last 2 years, you'll understand that the cut off scores have only increased with time.
For private colleges try to score 370+ and for government colleges try to score 430+.

The admission & counselling for BAMS programme will be conducted by the state counselling authorities. You need to apply your state medical application form & need to select BAMS programme.

The chances for getting a government medical seat in such marks are difficult to get.

Though, there is category provision but since the number of students are more  the competition is stiff. 

You can still try, also try for private colleges.

There is no any All India Quota seats for BAMS programme, The state level colleges for BAMS conselling will be conducted by the state counselling Authorities. With this score you should have the chance for BAMS programme in Government colleges in your state.
