After bams it all depends on you whether you want to pursue post graduation or not it's not compulsory. Post graduation increase your level you get a better command on any one field like panchkarm, ent, shalya chikitsa etc and diagnos patient according to it.

Sorry to say shankha but there are very few chances to get admission in govt. Bams college. But wait for the all india counselling Don't lose the hope. And you can take admission in private college in bams.

Based on your NEET 2018 score the chances can be there for BAMS programme in private colleges, You can try for it.
