The chances are moderate of getting a seat in bams in delhi or chandigarh under all india quota. However you may surely get a private college.
As talking about getting under your state quota you have fair enough chances of getting a govt college.

Sorry but the chances are quite low with this rank. The competition level is very high and you need to have a good score to secure your seat in a medical college.
However you can try for managment quota seats under private colleges.

Fees for BAMS and physiotherapy

The fees structure for bams and physiotherapy varies accordingly. Every state and every college has a different fee structure the private ones have higher fee structure as compared to the govt one.

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota. You may have chances for admission to government colleges under state quota. You can surely get BAMS govt colleges with these marks.

i scored 214 marks in neet and have a general category. If there is any chance of getting BAMS in govt college

It seems impossible with these marks but since the concept of adm. in bams through Neet is a new one so we are not that much confirm on it

Sorry to say that but you won't be able to get any government bds, bams college as your marks are quite low but you can try for private and deemed medical colleges. I hope this information helps you.
