I m sorry but these marks do not match the qualifying marks for neet that is 288. So you won't be getting a govt college. Do not get disheartened! you can get a management quota seat in any Bams Colleges.

Bams admission is not based on NEET marks. NEET is exclusively for admission to MBBS and BDS courses. For Bams a separate entrance exam is being held in the state level

The cutoff varies year to year on the difficulty level of the exam, No. of candidate appeared for the exam etc. so it is tough to tell you the exact. Based on this score the chances are less to get a seat for BAMS & BHMS also.

With this score you cannot get government college all over india but you can try once with state quota. And further private colleges you can apply and once mention your state too for further information.
