Since this is the first year since AYUSH medical sciences have come under NEET, it is difficult to assume the cut off marks for these courses as there are no trends to base our assumptions on. In my opinion, you must seek to score approximately 380 marks out

What is average cutoff in neet for bams at govt college in gwalior

BAMS doesn't fall under NEET. However if your state AYUSH board is considering NEET results, then a score of around 300 would be good. This is a wild guess on the basis of cutoff scores for BAMS in Jammu and Kashmir. Data of Gwalior is unavailable.

Have a minimum qualifying score ie. 50 percentile and above (for general category candidates) or 40 percentile and above (for reserved category candidates) in neet ug exam, to get a bams seat in private ayurveda college..

As per current information, the admissions in ayush courses will be done on the basis of NEET so you are advised to prepare well for the same so that you can easily get seat in your desired college.

is 150 marks in neet UG sufficient to take admission in BAMS private in Uttar pradesh?

With this score, chances should average so you are advised to increase your target from 150 to 300 so that you can get seat in decent private college.
