Since this is the first year, AYUSH courses have come under NEET, there is no data available on cut off for various colleges for BHMS and BAMS. However, it may be safe to say that a seat may be obtained through the 85% State quota with the said score.

Dear candidate, 

The fees vari3d according to the college as every college has their different fee structure .But if you get a government BAMS college though state quota or AIQ,The tuition fees would be around 40000 per year. It depends and varies form state to state and college to college.

Considering your reservation you might get a seat in BAMS /BHMS  but chances are quite low .But you should take part in the counseling as you might get a seat by the mop up round .All the best for your future . Hope I have resolved your

Your score suggests that you have very low chances in BAMS/ BHMS inspite of having a reservation .Though should take part in the counseling as you might get a seat by the mop up round .Also if you are interested then you go for private BAMS colleges
