Well all you have to do is to go to the administration office and ask for cancellations of admission. They will give you tranfer certificate of the college which will be required for admission in your medical college for MBBS education.

You marks are too less to get you a seat in government bams or BHMS college. You can apply for private colleges but you have pay fees for that semester wise or else you can take a year break and prepare well for next year to get a seat
