See,the cutoff changes every year depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination,the category of the candidates and  difficulty level of examination.
If we take into consideration the previous year cutoff,then,you have fair chances in government Medical College for BAMS course.

Your score in NEET suggests that you would surely get a seat in BHU for BAMS ,since you have a pretty good score considering your category .For  admission in BHU the students of SC category should have a minimum score off around 320.
