    Firstly congo to for getting 247 marks in NTA NEET.You performed well, but as you asked about getting admission in Govt. BAMS college, it will not be possible.

    As per your score, you had qualified NEET exam so you are eligible to take admission in graduation course. But at this score getting a government college is impossible hence I suggest you to go for some private colleges yo will surely get BAMS there.

    You are getting somewhat less marks but you can get bams with st category rank in ayurvedic medical colleges. 

    As you have st category reservation then your chances of getting bams are higher.

    Sorry to say but your marks are too low to fetch you a BAMS seat ,
    If you are particular about BAMS , then you can go with management quota seats if available ,
    You also have many choices other the BAMS if you don't want to drop

    Type of College - There are 3 types of Colleges for BAMS

    1) Government - Cut-off of GOVERNMENT COLLEGES range in 420+ for General Candidates and 400+ for OBC.Fees is lowest in range of 20000

    2) Semi - Government - Cut-off for this type of Colleges are

    at these marks there is no chance to get admission in government medical college in india for the getting admission in govt medical college you have to secure at least 345 marks for sc category after then you get get govt medical college at these marks you can get admission

    As far government seat is concerned I think you have very rare chances both at all india counseling or state counseling .

    But you can definitely get a private medical seat in bams or veteniary in state counseling as most of the time the private seats of such
