Regional Institute of Education Bhubaneswar offers placement opportunities for the year 2024-2025. RIE Bhubaneswar placement cell plays an important role in the lives of the students by offering them an opportunity to work in the organisation of their choice. Regional Institute of Education placement cell conducts campus selection interviews for the final year students.
Students must register at the Regional Institute of Education Bhubaneswar placement cell to attend the placement process and an orientation session is also conducted during the placement process. Students of RIE Bhubaneshwar are placed in schools and teaching organisations with multiple designations.

At the end of the courses, many schools from the state and even outside of Odisha come to take part in the campus placement. Many vacancies are to be filled in so there is no limitation of jobs for the students. Rigorous interview and practical checking are done for selecting the candidates. Although not all students take part in the placement, but out of the students who take part, a good number of students crack the interview and get the jobs. Pre-placement conference are also held by the college to prepare the students for the DOs and DON'Ts, the college is very supportive.

In order to appear for BA-BEd integrated course in Regional Institute of Education, Bhubaneshwar candidates need to have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with 50% aggregate. Admission is done via entrance test called common entrance examination by NCERT. Total Fee structure is around Rs 17,680 for the duration of four year and this is academic fee structure including tuition fee and admission fee.

Admission process and Eligiblity varies from the course you choose. If you wanted to do PhD, M.ED, then there's an direct admission.

If you are choosing, B.ED, Bsc B.ED, BA B.ED, or By stream in M.SC, then the admission process will be done on the basis of the percentage secured in the national level test i.e., Common entrance exam conducted by NCERT.

Must be secured atleast 55% to get Admission in any of the stream and there will be 5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
