Chetana College of Special Education was set up in 2006 at Bhubaneswar and is especially focused towards training teachers for the special education children. This affiliated college is set up in the urban heartland of Bhubaneswar, Odisha and it occupies a 5-acre land. Institute leads four specialised programmes in special education and psychology, with total strength of enrolment of 108 students.
