M.Sc Education Mathematics at RIE Mysore Offline Course

• Candidates seeking admission to the M.Sc.Ed. Mathematics courses should have passed the CBSE Senior Secondary examination/ Pre-University examination of Karnataka or an equivalent examination recognized by the University of Mysore with 45% marks in aggregate. Relaxation up to 5% of marks shall be given to the SC/ST candidates.
• Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination with the following combinations of subjects. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and any other subject.

Lateral Entry 

• The candidate will be admitted directly to the IX Semester of M.Sc.Ed. with the following eligibility criteria.  
• Candidates seeking admission into M.Sc.Ed. under Lateral Entry, Scheme should have passed B.Sc. Degree with subjects Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, and B.Ed. degree with Pedagogy of Mathematics and Physical Sciences of any recognized University and that is equivalent to that of B.Sc.and B.Ed. of the University of Mysore with 50% marks in aggregate in each of B.Sc. and B.Ed. Relaxation up to 5% of marks shall be given to the SC/ST candidates.
