I like the way the college is maintained. Classroom are comfortable, labs have good facilities for practice, and the library is calm for study. Hostel is fine with basic needs and the campus has a good atmosphere.

I could say compared last 2 years placements are kept on increasing in number top companies visit every year and also the main positive is that there are so many clubs that u learn from and more to explore for the new things, choice of selecting the faculty members of our own and many more facilities that a student should get and one negative is that too much crowded.

I just completed 1st year in the branch computer Science and engineering and the placement are good enough compared to other colleges, in Tumkur except SIT and also better than most of the colleges in Bangalore, also like MVJ college of engineering Bangalore and est West like colleges and its all about our college.

The hostel ambiance is good, and it has good food meals also.

The placement in our college is not good; they don't bring the MNC companies. Also, I am a 2024 batch passout; they have only given the 2 IT sector companies in 2024, but they concentrate more on internships; they provide more opportunities to the students in internship criteria.
Not what you expect of a DU North campus college
College Infrastructure
The overall college environment is peaceful, but the lack of proper infrastructure and facilities makes it difficult for students of many departments. Medical room facility is good but there is a requirement of hiring more medical staff. Sports area is good, so is the library. Toilets are mostly clean and well maintained. Classrooms, however are constantly dirty and littering can often be seen in classrooms and canteen area. There is lack of fans in the classrooms as well as the canteen. Management is very messy and class timings and rooms often clash with one another.

Academics wise, (most of the) faculty is great, but due to lack of proper management classes often clash. in my 1 year in college, i have noticed there has been lack of proper communication flow channel from management to student and teacher to student, especially for the BA Program Department. Clubs and societies aren't very open to providing learning opportunities to less experienced students. The selection in dance/music societies often favours only those who already have a strong background in the same. Fests and dandiya nights have a good crowd and is the only time I enjoy being in college.
