Unlike colleges that actively pursue campus recruitment, DVIET had minimal placement support. Most students ended up on preparing for teaching roles independently. You have to go for off-campus placement if you want good placement. Formal placement avenus were weak.
Average
In 2018, the infrastructure was average. Classroom were functional but basic, the library was the highlight and the canteen served decent food. There were no modern tech like projectors in most rooms.
The academics solid since DU's M.com syllabus is strong. Some professors were excellent, guiding students towards research and exams while others stuck to old-school methods. Still, overall the learning experience for positive.
This was the week point in 2018. There were very limited structured placements for M.Com students in the college itself. Most students depended on DU's Central placement cell or pursued exams like UPSC, CA/CS.
Nice

Studying economics in general is a little heavy and self study basis so u need to study more from your side. Teachers don’t limit themselves to the books but more of real life knowledge so its a good environment afterall its du.
There is a dedicated cell at every college of placements . There one can find opportunities if you are having edge over others and skills required. Finance and IT companies visit campus every year for recruitment process.
It is vibrant and diverse from all aspects. Ramjas has a lively atmosphere. Afterall everybody has a different perspective regarding this life.
