In our college, staff members are really good. They are very understanding and helpful. They are well qualified, dedicated, experienced and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is also very good. All teachers work really hard.

The college provides many facilities such as Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. The labs are also well-equipped and provide all the necessary materials. The classrooms are very huge and can accommodate all the students comfortably. Projectors are also available in the classrooms.

The teachers are well educated, knowledgeable and they provide solutions to every problem. Their teaching quality is very good. They are very friendly in nature. The college also helps students with industrial visits. In every semester students go for industrial visits.

There were approximately 90% of students placed in my course. The highest and lowest packages offered were 7 and 5 LPA respectively. Top companies such as Amazon and TCS recruited from my course. There were eighty percent of students who got internships in many companies such as Amazon and Accenture.

College Infrastructure
The Design Village campus is nice and easy to use. We have bright rooms with desks, fast internet, and a small library with cool design books. The workshops have fun tools like 3D printers, but they stop working sometimes. Hostels are clean with good Wi-fi, Though rooms are small, so I booked, mine quick. Food is simple, and there's a nice outdoor area to sit. It's good for learning, just a bit crowded.
Academics
Learning at The design village is enjoyable and practical. My space and interior design course includes drawings, making videos and learning about colors, all with projects. Teachers are kind and share work tips, but some days feel slow. Exams are about creating something, not just writing, which I like. It helps me learn skills, though I hope it speeds up sometimes.
Placements
Placements here are okay if you try hard. Last Year, around % of my classmates got jobs with creative companies, starting at 5-6 lakh a year, with a few at 15 lakh but it is rare depends on your skills and hard work. Half of us found internships earning 8-12k a month. The team helps with job prep, but your own work counts most. It's improving, so I'm working on my skills.

Life on campus is fun at The Design Village. We have art events, movies evenings, and talks with experts, which I enjoy. The place feels creative, but hostels can be noisy, and rules are strict. friends are nice, and the open spaces are good for relaxing. I wish there were more places to hang out.

TDV has nice add-ons like art workshops and chances to work with people from other countries. The campus is artsy, But hostel rules are though, and food is boring. It's normal can not say outstanding, but I like doing projects over tests. If you love art and can handle some issues, It might be okay for you.

According to me the infrastructure could be better. Yes the classrooms are good along with ACs and have so many computer labs, also we have a table tennis room but the only thing is it's all in a single building, a huge missing is a ground.

The infrastructure of the college is pretty good, situated in the main city of Bangalore. Many good places to explore nearby and the college itself is designed very beautifully and very well maintained with a lush green campus and good malls and markets nearby. You can have a good amount of time on the campus as well as outside the campus. Every year sports events and cultural events are conducted.

In my CSE department All teachers are skilled and very experienced, especially senior faculty. Their teaching quality is awesome. They are easily understandable. I say here old traditions education system is followed. Their exam schedule is very hectic. They take exams every month.
Placements
Around 85% of students get placed, even with a minimum of 3 LPA according to the statistics, the rest is unknown what is behind the curtains. The highest package for the previous year is 54 LPA from Microsoft and an average of 8 LPA is declared as per the previous year. Some of the top recruiting companies in our college are Capgemini, Accenture, TCS, Wipro, and JP Morgan while some top companies like Zomato, Swiggy, Zepto, and Microsoft. Roles offered by the companies are Junior Software Associate and others. If you want good placement I prefer to join my college.

The college has decent medical and sports facilities.

The course curriculum is relevant and it makes the student industry ready. The semester exams are very difficult, you have to study more to get good score in your exams. The minimum pass percentage is around 50% of the total marks.

Panimalar college has a good placement record, More than 87% of the students got placement for the year 2023-2024 and for 2025 more than 70% are already placed. The highest package offered last year was around 28 LPA, The lowest package was around 6-7 LPA, and the lowest package was around 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Tata Motors, TCS, Mahindra, Infosys, etc. There are no internship opportunities available for the students.

The salary package ranges from 2.4 LPA to 18 LPA. The roles offered are Support Engineer and Junior Software Engineer.

I like the college but it's faculty is too strict and no expectations form teacher's. Need a free life in college. And teachers do partiality in students in rich and poor, in smart and dumb. That shoul be avoided.

No books provided nor proper syllabus provided to study. A student should atleast get syllabus to study or notes if provided to study. Academic is nice but improve it a more. Need more modern teachers to adjust with students and students to adjust with teacher's.
