A total of 700 seats are there for my course, which is MCA,MBA and the highest package offered this year by companies in my college is between 24-30 LPA, and the lowest would be around 3-5 LPA. The top companies are Maang. Students are hired as coders, developers, and in related roles.

Our teachers are good if students behave well. They are well-qualified like comp. The course is 40-45% related to the industry, so you can focus on the important subjects. Exams are average. The pass percentage is 33%.

Wi-Fi is enabled throughout the campus, and a library with a large collection of books for all branches are provided. We also have a digital library. Teachers were helpful. Few teachers were biased towards students. Semester exams were good. Teachers were knowledgeable. They motivated us in studies and supported us in sports. Almost 87% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 35 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Microsoft, Zoho, IBM, and Infotech, etc. The students got internships of around 67% from our course. personally lived in the college hostel, which had amazing infrastructure and facilities. I resided in a 4 sharing room with a balcony, and the hostel offers a mess, multiple common rooms, a gym, and a dance studio. Additionally, there is an outdoor basketball court, and campus buses are provided to go to college every single day.

The faculty are highly trained and extremely helpful. In my double major course, the curriculum is beautifully designed for the students while still helping them gain all the necessary skills. DYPIMR believes in keeping students mentally and physically fit.

Academics is very poor in Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. There are not enough teachers. Because of this many lectures were cancelled. Though curriculum activities are well structured but authorities doesn't follow them.

The placements are also very bad at Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. In my final year only one or two companies came for placement. TPO doesn't do his job properly and gave excuses all the time. Students protest against them but ultimately there is no result.

Our institute is a deemed university, and it is easy and convenient to get from our respective course coordinators regarding subject and exam matters. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready, as it is well-prepared by UGC. Semester exams are moderate. Students can pass if they study a few days before exams. The pass percentage is 90%.

In NERIST there is good placement. The maximum placement was 22 LPA. Every year, there are many placements of every branch. This college has a decent placement record, with a significant percentage of students being placed at various companies. It is a good college in the north-east region.

The laboratories are well-equipped, and the teachers maintain a disciplined environment, although they may be slightly strict. In Guwahati, attendance is monitored through biometric systems, and it is mandatory for you to attend.

Teachers are very knowledgeable and qualified, but they just lack the quality of teaching. Eventually, I had to study on my own for my exams. The current course is not relevant in any way to make it in the industry. The future courses till final year may provide it, but currently it is not relevant. Semester exams are relatively medium and tough for some subjects. Almost everyone passes as the college does not fail someone; if someone does not have minimum marks then they provide supplementary exams to cover our marks.

My course is chemical science and technology and the placements are good in this because, continuously in the previous two years, people got over 1 crore packages and, on average, 20 lakh. Maybe you won't be able to find much about this and it's placements on Google, but believe me, it is a good course if you pay attention to it.
