Faculty members are the main problem in our college. Although most of them are qualified and teaching quality is superb, they are not student-friendly in any way. The course curriculum is quite relevant but does not make us industry-ready. Passing is an ordeal. Faculty members will always find ways to award you the lowest marks possible. While a majority do manage to pass, the marks they get are on the lower side.
About 7 out of 25 students who appeared for placements were placed with a salary package of 5 LPA. Placement offers came from PriceWaterhouse and Earnst and Young. All students are placed in PWC as analysts. Since it is a Bachelor's course without any diploma, the only role offered is analyst role.

FIRST OF ALL THERE IS 2 BLOCK ,ACADEMIC BLOCK AND JUBILEE BLOCK . ACADEMIC BLOCK IS WELL MAINTAINED AND HAVE LABS , LIBRARY AND 2 CANTEENS. JUBILEE BLOCK DOES NOT HAVE LIBRARY IT HAS A LAB AND A CANTEEN. BOTH OF THESE BLOCKS ARE WELL MAINTAINED AND ARE CLEANED EVERY TIME .
THE ACADEMICS LEVEL IS ONE OF THE BEST IN COMPARING TO ALL THE COLLEGES IN KERALA. AS IN MY EXPERIENCE ; I AM BBA 2ND YEAR STUDENT. I AM STUDYING BBA IS BECAUSE OF MY PASSIONATE INTEREST OF MANAGING BUSINESS. THE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT TEACHERS ARE THE BEST AND ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THE COLLEGE UPDATED WITH RECENT DEVELOPMENTS .
I HAVE NOT BEEN PLACED YET ,BUT IN MY KNOWLEDGE THE PLACEMENTS ARE PRETTY GOOD. AROUND 72 PERCENTS STUDENTS ARE PLACED OUT OF THE STUDENTS THOSE OPTED PLACEMENTS INSTEAD OF PG.THE AVERAGE SALARY PACKAGES RANGE UPTO 2-4 LPA. THE FACULTIES ARE SUPPORTIVE FOR OUR FUTURE.
THERE ARE MANY WORKSHOPS FOR STUDENTS WHERE THEY CAN ENJOY THEIR CAMPUS LIFE. ONE DISADVANTAGE IS THAT MOST OF THE EVENT TAKE PLACE IN ACADEMIC BLOCK ,SO THE STUDENTS OF JUBILEE BLOCK NEED TO WALK A BIT. THE STUDENTS ARE FROM WHOLE KERALA ,THE FACULTIES ARE THE BEST AND THE STAFFS ARE MOSTLY NOT SEEN BY US. THE LOCATION IS IN THE HEART OF THRISSUR ,IT IS LOCATED IN EAST FORT AND HAVE HOSPITAL RESTAURANTS AND POLICE STATION IN 2 KM RADIUS.
STUDENTS LOOKING FOR INSIDE KERALA ST THOMAS THRISSUR IS THE BEST COLLEGE.
Government College Dharamshala is below average. The facilities are basic, and while there are classrooms and a library, they could be better maintained and equipped. The labs are old, and the overall campus could use more improvement in its physical resources.
Unfortunately, the academics at the college are not very strong. The syllabus is outdated, and there isn’t much focus on practical learning. The teaching methods could be more interesting, as many students find it hard to keep up with the lessons. This is an area where the college needs to improve a lot.
When it comes to value for money, the college is excellent. The fees are very affordable, especially compared to other colleges offering similar courses. For students looking for a low-cost education, this college offers great value.

Campus life at Chandigarh University is lively and fun. There are many clubs, events, and activities for students to enjoy, ensuring a well-rounded college experience. The campus is active, with a strong sense of community among students.
To be honest, the infrastructure at Government College Dharamshala isn’t great. The facilities are pretty basic, and the classrooms and labs could definitely use some improvements. The campus feels like it needs more care and investment to make it better for students.
When it comes to academics, I’d say they’re just okay. The courses are quite outdated, and the teaching methods aren’t very interesting. There’s definitely room for improvement, especially if they could focus more on practical, hands-on learning.
Placement opportunities here are pretty average. While some students do get jobs through campus placements, the overall success rate isn’t very high. The college could do more to bring in a wider range of companies and improve the placement process.
Campus life is one of the better parts of Government College Dharamshala. There are various clubs and activities to join, which makes the overall experience more enjoyable. Plus, the beautiful surroundings add a nice touch to everyday life on campus.
I feel that Chandigarh University has a really good campus. The buildings are modern and well-kept, which helps students focus on their studies. The classrooms have the latest technology, and the labs are well-equipped for practical work. I really like the library—it’s a quiet and comfy place where I can study peacefully. The hostels are also nice and provide a safe and comfortable place to stay.
In academics, I think Chandigarh University does really well. The courses are interesting and up-to-date with what’s happening in the real world, which I find very helpful. The teachers here are not just knowledgeable but also very supportive. They’re always ready to help and make learning fun and engaging. I’ve also learned a lot from the workshops and seminars that are often held they really add to my education.
For placements, I feel Chandigarh University is excellent. The university has good connections with top companies, and the placement cell works hard to prepare us for jobs. Seeing seniors get well-paying jobs makes me feel confident about my future. The placement drives are well-organized, and the university’s focus on skills.
I feel there’s always something going on whether it’s a cultural event, a sports activity, or just hanging out with friends. There are lots of clubs and groups, so there’s something for everyone. Being part of such a diverse community has been a truly enriching experience for me. It’s easy to make friends and feel at home here, which I really appreciate.
The infrastructure at RIMT University also leaves a lot to be desired. The buildings and facilities feel outdated, and maintenance seems to be lacking. The classrooms aren’t equipped with the latest technology, and the labs don’t have enough resources to support practical learning. Even the hostels could be improved in terms of comfort and safety.
I completed by Pharmacy and in terms of academics, I found the experience somewhat disappointing. The curriculum feels outdated, and it doesn’t always align with current industry trends. While some teachers are knowledgeable and helpful, overall, I think the teaching methods could be improved to make the learning experience more engaging and effective. There aren’t enough workshops or seminars to enhance our skills, which is something I believe is really important.
RIMT University have been a major letdown for me. The university’s connections with top companies are limited, and the placement cell doesn’t seem very proactive in preparing students for the job market. Many of my seniors struggled to find good job offers, which makes me worried about my own prospects after graduation.
Campus life at RIMT University isn’t as vibrant as I had hoped. There aren’t many events or activities to participate in, and the overall atmosphere feels a bit dull. While there are some clubs and societies, they don’t seem very active or well-organized, which makes it hard to engage in extracurricular activities or build a sense of community.
The classrooms and facilities are okay but they could use some upgrades, especially when it comes to technology and study spaces. The hostels are decent, but they could be better maintained to make living on campus more comfortable. Overall, the infrastructure serves its purpose, but it’s nothing special.
I did my bcom and academically, my experience has been so-so. The courses cover the basics, but they don’t always feel up-to-date with what’s happening in the business world today. Some of the teachers are very helpful and do their best to make classes interesting, but overall, the teaching could be more engaging and hands-on. I think the university should include more practical learning activities, like workshops or real-life projects, to help us apply what we learn in class.
There are some companies that come to hire students, but the number of good job options is limited. The roles offered are not always very exciting, and many students, including myself, wish there were more and better job opportunities. The placement cell tries to support us, but they could do a better job of connecting with more companies and preparing us for the job interviews.
Campus life here is fine. There are a few clubs and activities to join, but they’re not very active or well-organized. It’s a decent place to study, but if you’re looking for an exciting and fun campus experience, you might find it a bit lacking. I think the university could do more to create a stronger sense of community and make campus life more enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a university that offers a great all-around experience, you might find that this one falls short in some aspects. It’s not a bad choice, but it’s also not exceptional.

The library is large and well-equipped, offering a wide range of business resources and study spaces. There are also areas for group work, and the hostels are comfortable with good amenities.
I am pursuing MBA .The academic experience in the MBA course was quite basic. The curriculum covered fundamental business concepts. The MBA course offered a much richer academic experience. The curriculum covered detailed business strategies and management principles. The teaching methods were interactive, with case studies, group projects, and practical simulations that made learning more engaging and relevant.
Placement opportunities in the MBA program were much better. The university has strong ties with a variety of companies, leading to a wider range of job options and more high-profile roles. The placement support was extensive, offering personalized career counseling, mock interviews, and networking events, which helped many of us land great jobs.
Campus life during the MBA program was vibrant and engaging. There were numerous events, seminars, and activities tailored for MBA students. The active campus environment included workshops, industry visits, and social gatherings, making the overall experience much more dynamic.
During my BBA at Chandigarh University, I didn’t have many chances to network or build professional connections. I met some classmates and attended a few campus events, but there wasn’t much focus on connecting with industry professionals. Most of my networking was limited to classroom activities and a few university-organized events.
