Building infrastructure is good and great natural environment. Provide sufficient space for parking and space for sitting. Computer labs along with the library including course related books and other knowledge paper and magazine class rooms also supports digital learning by using projectors.

Its really hard me for me to say anything about the placement because of the COVID period any of the student did not get placement at that time well we all are sad but we can't do anything about because hotel are getting closed because of COVID.

Every year, big events like Ovations are celebrated on the college campus, and the administration is always keen on achieving the holistic development of students. Sports Day and Arts Day are two major events. We have separate labs for every department. We have 3 main gates in the college. For women students, they have a special hostel building and a common room.

The teachers were very helpful with studies, research and assignments. We have two internal exams in each semester and one main exam. We don't have any model exams. The semesters exams are a little tough, we have to cope up with them. If you study regularly and make notes in the class, then it will be much easier for you to get a good score in the examinations. The course curriculum is well-structured.
Placements
The placement provided by the college is a great opportunity to get a job in a good company. The highest package came was 8 Lacs and the lowest package was 2 Lacs. There is a 100% job opportunity provided by the college. The companies that came were The Hindu, Strive, and Accenture. Many companies conduct interviews but do not announce the results.

HIMT enjoy a stellar reputation with major shipping companies such as MOL, Goodwood, Marlow, Marshal, Eastaway, Maersk, MSC, and many more. These companies visit the campus to recruit students, with those having strong academic records gets placed easily even before completion of course. So Placement basically depends on the cadet as the college do its best to get companies then it totally depends on us how we perform in interview. As of now out of 30 students in my batch 8 cadets got placed and more would be placed by the end of the course.
