The ECE Department of MANIT consists of various labs along with the lecture halls. The institute includes special 5G testing labs, which have been recently introduced, along with a special Computer Centre in the ECE department.
Academics
This course is industry-friendly and applicable, and the best thing is that its concepts are used in daily life. I wish the projecting of PowerPoint presentations would be improved. Events like Maffick and Technosearch are held every semester and many fests are organized with a good campus crowd. The campus surroundings are very beautiful, with full greenery. Scholarships are available for local people with government aid. Extracurricular activities are also supported at the college.
Placements
Before the recession period, almost 80–85% of the students were placed, with the average package being around 19.3 Lacs per annum and the highest package being 82 LPA. The top recruiting companies visit the campus which includes Atlassian, Google, Adobe, Microsoft, DE Shaw, etc.

The campus is very beautifully built and the hostels have sufficient amenities like lifts, Wi-Fi, reading rooms, badminton court, common rooms, etc. The university canteens and hostel mess are very hygienic & the food being provided by them is good. (The infrastructure of the main campus looks good from outside but it is terrible inside.)

Guru Nank Dev University has an experienced faculty as well as supportive who are PhD, diploma, and degree holders and having deep knowledge of industries. The course curriculum is very confined and covers many subjects that are useful later during a job.

Companies like TCS, Nagarro, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Statusbrew, Infogain, Capgemini, SAP, Wipro, Amazon and many other companies visit our campus for recruiting the eligible candidates according to their particular criteria. No placement is offered for B.Com students, but the quality of education provided is very good.

I literally didn't expected and hoped for the placement for BBA course placement opportunities are very limited for BBA , students mainly need to undergo serious job search in various fields or higher studies.

A decent infrastructure is provided by our college. Not much big campus, nor having a proper parking area. Some facilities like ac classes, seminar halls, auditorium, practical labs, water cooler, canteen and ground for events are there. But ac in some rooms are not working nor fans are working properly. And they need to work on their parking area.

Faculties are supportive, and have a ground knowledge of their subjects. The quality of education was good, it's totally up to the students how active they are in the class. Ive pursued BCA from that university, when I was there it was a college, but now it becomes university, so it might impacts the academics of the college.
Placements
The placement ratio was average. Approx 40% of the students gets placed from our college. The placement ratio was less because the combined the companies of BTech and BCA, due to which the competition between both the courses increases. Even I didn't get placed form campus.

At that time most of the government colleges doesn't has the option call placements because they use to focus on educate the people but now scenario changes I see so many students who are graduated from the college getting placed

Wi-Fi facility is available all over our college, library, and classrooms. The hostel facilities are good, neat, clean, and hygienic. The food served in the canteen is good. It also has bakeries. Medical facilities are available around the campus. Sports facilities are one of the best with huge grounds and equipment.

All the professors and faculty members are trained and high experienced. They are PhD holders and masters. There are many workshops for aero-mechanical and electrical to get a complete experience for real-life experiences. Semester exams are moderate.

Placements are provided in our university. The average salary package offered ranges from 3-4 LPA. Many companies like Google, TCS, Amazon, etc., visit our college for placements. In the CSE course, roles like data analyst, data handling jobs, etc., are offered to the students.

There are 10-12 facilities each semester, the quality of food in mess is good and canteen has variety of food for light snacks. There is a huge ground for sports with football a student activity centre, basketball court, tennis court, badminton and table tennis. There is Wi-Fi, labs, library, study rooms, etc.

Teachers are good, more focused on theoretical part, one could go to their cabins to ask questions, the course syllabus is according to UGC hence outdated, some courses are included due to the new education policy to make students industry ready. Passing is not hard one has to study hard to ace the exam with good grades.

There are 126 students and around 80%of them are placed. The highest package was 35 lacs and the lowest 3.6 lacs. Top recruiters were Exl, Wipro, Maruti, etc. Around 30 students get the internship opportunity in these. Top roles were GET, Data Scientist, etc.

The campus is fully equipped with Wi-Fi facilities all over the campus and LAN facilities in the labs. The classrooms and labs have centralized AC systems. The library contains all the relevant books for the whole course and also has a has a nice amount of sitting capacity for students with AC facilities. The hostel offers good-quality food with proper hygiene. Canteen services were present previously, but not right now. Medical facilities are good. Sports equipment is present in good quantity

Teachers here are really good and very helpful and supportive towards students. They are highly qualified. Obviously, entering into IITs as a professor is really challenging, and they are very knowledgeable. Teaching here is perfectly planned and goes on with a system. The course curriculum is very much relevant which not only focuses on technical skills, but as an engineering student, all the things which you must learn are really taught.

The placements are not coming to our batch because we are not in a final year. My seniors got the placements, and around 10-20 percent of the students were placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 25,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 10,000. The average salary offered was Rs. 15,000. There is a placement cell in our college.

Although the college is not that huge in terms of infrastructure, you get all the facilities which should be there in any MBA college. The classrooms are big and are pure class laden with all kinds of required technologies. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. There are no hostel facilities on the campus, but the college has tied up with few other hostels in the nearby area. Fore is a reputed college for marketing students.

Faculty members in our college are good. They have rich experience in the industry, academia in India and abroad. They teach us by relating to their know-how and real-time experiences. The course curriculum is updated regularly with the changing industry needs to make students future-ready. It's not a residential campus, the college has a medical room with a doctor available every day, and a counsellor is there to cater to the needs of the students.

Approximately 99% of the students got placed from our college. The highest salary package of and the lowest salary package of 7 LPA and the median salary package of 10.98 LPA are offered companies. Signify, HSBC, Novartis, GEP, Nestle and Google are the top recruiters of our college. On average, around 120 companies visit the campus to hire students.

Our college displayed 70% placements with the average salary package of around 3.2 LPA. Many different reputed companies from different fields like finance, marketing, HT or any other field visited our campus for placements. Few of the companies which visited here are ICICI Bank, Fiitjee and KPMG.

Last year, the highest package of electrical branch the student had was 2 CPA. The average package for the mechanical department is 8 to 10 LPA, and the highest may be 27 to 30 LPA. In all departments, the percentage of students getting placements is 90 to 95 percent.

Most of the students are very well prepared for the industry as there are many student clubs internally, which helps them to grow.

About 90% to 94% of students got placed last year from our college. The salary package offered starts from 1.2 LPA to 20 LPA or 30 LPA. They have built a new block which is a magic block and there is another block which is about to come in the college and there is also a skywalk being built from this college to the PG block.

The infrastructure for our course and hostel is not very good when compared to others. Teachers are good, but labs are not that good. Sports infrastructure is not proper; no ground is available because the number of students is much higher as compared to the capacity of college. All the basic necessities are there in the college. Faculty members are good but curriculum & exams system are very disgusting. Course get difficult with each passing semester. Faculty members are less supportive and some of them do not complete the syllabus.

Top recruiting companies for our college include Adobe, Infosys, Byju's, Informatica, Square Yards, etc. One thing I disliked about the college is that they didn't provide any internship opportunities for students. A college guarantees 100 percent placement. And that 100 percent of students include those who have a CGPA of 7.5 or above and have zero backlogs.
