Infrastructure is not up to date . It's average. Management is very worst when it comes to provide sports related things .they don't give it for practice just they ahvw kept it for show off . Classrooms are also not so good compare to other state universities in jk.

Academics isn't so good here particularly in economics department because they give you marks for pages not what you have written over there so I would suggest not to take admission in economics department here but some professors are very good like deepankar sir, Dr shallu mam, apoorva jamwal , etc.

I really have no idea about placements but I have never seen any private company visiting here for internship or job . Hardly 20% students get placed in good places rest of the students either started preparing for competitive or do some other stuff.. Not good for those who want to go in private sector.
Campus Life
Campus life is somewhat better than other stuffs but I don't like it that much because hostels are given only to SC or St students. Only vegetarian food is served in hostel messes and hardly get any tour or other co_curricular stuff .

We have one big library with a good collection of books and journals. We encourage sports and fitness as well. We have highly efficient systems in our computer labs. The hostel food has good quality and hostel rooms are spacious and clean.
Academics
They have profound knowledge in their domains The teaching quality is excellent. Case discussions, presentations, live projects and other methods will be used to teach. Every trimester we will work on live projects and so industrial exposure is inevitable. The curriculum is too good.
Placements
The minimum package will be 4 Lacs per annum. The average package will be 7 Lacs per annum. Most companies hire our students for marketing and selling jobs. FMCG and finance sectors visit more to our campus. An internship programme is essential for us. So everyone has to undergo an internship for a period of 2 to 3 months. The stipend is dependent on the company's policies. Some companies offer a stipend and some do not.

The hostel is one of the best features of the college. The rooms are clean and airy with private balconies every 2 rooms. The rooms are shared, 2 students each room. The rooms are spacious and designed well. The campus is residential, so all the students are house in the college and adequate seats are available for every student. The washrooms are clean. There is a courtyard for students where games can be played. There are also common rooms, a gym, a music room and a tv area.
Academics
The course Masters of regional planning is suited for student who are interested in broader scope of urban development and sustainability. The course is fun and enjoyable, with site visits and works. The exams are moderate; it's not that hard for paper or for viva. It will, according to externals, mostly bring experienced externals. The faculty members are highly qualified and have a lot of experience. The faculty members will clarify any doubts for the student and we can call the faculty members if we have doubt. or approach their cabins. There will be minimum of 2 faculty members for one subject and for the main subject, there will be 3 faculty members.
Placements
It's a course where there aren't many campus placements. A few come and take a select few students. They generally check the CGPA and portfolio of the students and choose the tentative students based on that. The interview process usually consists of a few general and a few professional questions. The tentative percentage of students placed is somewhere between 20 and 30 percent.

The infrastructure was decent enough. Canteen, sports and games, and Wi-Fi are available. I am based in Delhi so I didn't opt for the hostel. But other facilities and infrastructure were decent enough for your educational journey to be complete without any problems.
Academics
Teachers were qualified and knowledgeable, and most of the staff was pretty supportive. The teaching quality of most of the teachers was very good. If you pay attention in the classes, then you are going to learn a lot. Semester exams were decent to moderately difficult.
Placements
This college placement are impressive, with many students receiving multiple job offers. Before placements, there is also training, which is provided by the college for excelling students. The percentage of students were placed was 59%. The highest package that offered was 4-9 LPA.
Not much good infrastructure, faculties are also strict.

College provides the superb facilities like wifi, labs, library, centralized ac rooms, sports ground etc Nescafe, bakery, mess and canteen, all kinds of food varieties are available for the students with the green surroundings, positive environment but strict faculty.

The course curriculum is important for students to make them industry ready. Our teachers are helpful and supportive and most knowledgeable and the method of teaching is also good. Our course is affiliated with Kumaon University Nainital. So our semester exams are conducted by Kumaon University. Currently I'm pursuing MBA from this college. The pass percentage is 50%. Exams are normal, neither too difficult nor too easy. The course curriculum may be relevant.
Placements
Many companies as well as MNCs like HCL, Infosys, Amazon, Microsoft, Wipro, TCS, etc, And many more companies visit our college to provide placement every year. In Our College, the placement ratio is good and most of the students are selected in companies like Hyatt Palace, JW Marriott, Taj hotel, etc. Along with them small companies also visited our college to hire students in bulk and offering them the lower package.

They should increase the parking area for students, and provide some security guard in parking area.

There are well-maintained and hygienic canteens, including three canteens, a cafe, a Nescafe outlet, an open canteen, and a Vibhor canteen

The faculty is commendable, with highly educated and experienced teachers who are always willing to help and provide essential resources. Many teachers have over 10 years of experience, and they facilitate access to books and materials from the library. The staff is polite and understanding.
Placements
80% of the students got placed. The highest package was 7.5 LPA, while the lowest was 3 LPA. Most roles included SWE, Developed, tester, Marketing and business development roles. The top companies that came were Yamaha, Publicizes Sapient, Indus Valley Partners, etc.

College has good infrastructure, has majority of needed labs and necessary equipment. Although it needs to have some of the changes to be done. Have good computer lab, seminar hall But needs a big auditorium for large events.

I am persuing bachelors in cse- data science. Majority of faculties and HOD's are good but lacks in some subjects. All curriculum is update but exam schedule and pattern is not that reliable and efficient due to rgpv. College in itself provides sig programs and other for skill development to be capable of jobs.

Placements are campus drives are upto expectation. Highest and average packages are good enough to recommend the college. College supports in multiple ways for placements but it's upto you and your skills to grab the opportunity.

Our college infrastructure is not as good as the other colleges, our college is widespread in a small area. But they providing us basic necessities like Nescafe, Domino's, practical labs, ac rooms beautiful garden, sports ground etc. The parking area is so small and it is just beside the road, because of this we need to face various problems.

I'm studying MBA from this university, and if I disclose the quality of teaching it was average. Many faculties are unable to teach or deliver the content perfectly because of which we all have to face trouble during exams, and some of them are very strict and not so much supportive, because of which we hesitate to ask or clear our doubts with them.
Placements
The placement ratio was average, our campus does provide internship opportunities, but the internship drives which circulates in our college group are most of the time fake. One thing I disliked about this college is that if a student is in btech and other one is in bca so the placement for both the courses are same, their job profiles are same, their packages are same. It's up to the students how well they are prepared for placements because many of them are unable to get placed from campus.

Placement were excellent. Great platform to grow professionally. IIM A has cluster system, almost 40% of batch I guess had offers by the end of cluster. It is the best place to enhance your overall personality. It is one of the college thar give you uncountable number of opportunity to prove and developed your skills. Very professional and aided by the rules the classroom are just perfect with AC mic projector board podium and speaker.

The lack of an outdoor sports field on campus is not ideal. The college is located in Matunga, which has high living costs. The college has 800 students, but there is too much crowding on campus. Wi-Fi is available in the hostel, canteen and campus. The library is both digital and traditional.

Our college is one of the most prestigious colleges in India. Around 80–85% of students get on-campus placements every year. Top recruiting companies are Nestled, Byju's, TCS, Infosys, Accenture, etc. The average package provided at our college is 6-7 LPA. Our college also provides summer internships to students with a good stipend.

The placement in the university campus is average and students whose attendance is above 75 percent are allowed to attend placement rounds. Companies came for placement are average rated and the package goes around 6 to 8 lakhs per annum.

The infrastructure is pretty good and it will make you feel as if you are in a 5 star hotel, be it the classrooms, leisure rooms, dorm rooms, gaming room. The canteen and the library are well maintained. Toilets are always clean and the classrooms have well conditioned AC with big monitors and projectors.

There were no exams for this course. The faculty was super cool with the marks and used to give marks on the basis of assignments, ppts and other submissions. We never had to worry about failing in this course and the faculty shared their notes and ppts with us.

There are very good placements but we are promised of them by the end of this month and we were called for interviews by companies but some of them get selected. You have to look for opportunities on your own then only you will get high packages and you have to work hard.

Overall infrastructure is good with red aesthetic bricks and lawns giving nostalgia to the Mirandians. Science block is newly built so, it has new facilities an latest labs but Arts block faces some problems of roof leaking on top floor during heavy monsoons. Library is spacious and has vast variety of books for all courses. Also, it is friendly for PwD and there exists a separate room to make reading accessible to them. All buildings have ramps to meet accessibility requirements for PwD.

Miranda House has very keen professors, who help you with academic as well as personal things but one thing that must not be forgotten as an undergraduate student is that they don't spoon feed like school. It made me realise how different world is and helped me get out of my cuccoon. Professors explain very well and there knowledge is vast but the only thing I didn't like was they asked us to keep doubts for tutorials and they were rarely answered so, try to get answers in the class itself. My course curriculum was a mixture of quantitative plus qualitative subjects and if learnt attentively, it can make your career right after graduation.
Placements
The placement cell of Miranda House works wonders in terms of giving opportunity to those studying there whether you are in placement cell or not. There is a portal for MH students where all internship and job opportunities are posted and anyone with MH ID can access it and apply. Big 4 along with many many other companies come for hiring but it's a tough nut to crack.

Fests, events keep the college environment very lively. Different fests for departments, societies are held and even auditions for Roadies were held in 2019.
