The college has all the necessary infrastructure, and the faculty is great and friendly. The labs are fully equipped and have all the necessary equipment. It's pretty clean as well and has dustbins all around the campus.
Academics
I am pursuing B.Tech in CSE (ai) and the quality of teaching has been good in the first semester. The curriculum is well up to date and includes all the recent developments in the field and more. What we study in college does make us job ready.
Placements
The quality of placements is good on and off campus. Average salary is around 8-9LPA as far as I know, which is pretty great considering the recession, and the placement process is pretty easy as the college is supportive.
Campus Life
The campus life has been good so far, and students can engage in many club activities, use the Boys common room or the Girls common room to relax after classes or during breaks. Students, staff and teachers are really friendly. The location is a bit problematic, it's a bit disconnected from the Metro and the area in itself is not that developed around the college.

As a UG student, I haven’t reached the placement stage yet, but from what I’ve seen and heard on campus, the placement support at MAIMS seems quite active and organised. The college regularly conducts workshops, seminars, and skill-development sessions to prepare students, and seniors often share that the placement cell is supportive and brings decent opportunities for different courses. Even though I haven’t experienced placements personally, the overall environment here makes it feel like the institute genuinely puts effort into guiding students towards good career options.

Campus life at MAIMS is overall pleasant, with a balanced environment, friendly crowd, and enough events, seminars, and activities to keep things engaging, along with safe and comfortable spaces to hang out or study. The only drawback is the transportation issue. There’s no direct metro connectivity, and the nearest station is about 6 km away, so commuting can get a bit inconvenient at times. Even with this, the general campus vibe is positive and gives a good, well-rounded college experience.

The placements in our college are good. Many companies visit the campus and a good number of students get placed every year. I was selected for Infosys, and the main reason was the training support given by the college. Before every company visit, they conduct special training sessions based on that company’s pattern. External trainers come and guide us with aptitude, coding, and interview preparation. We also get regular practice tests in the NeoPAT platform, which helps us improve our skills and speed. The placement team is supportive and keeps motivating us. Overall, the placement process is helpful and student-friendly.
