I studied my bachelor's in commerce. I have very nice feelings in this college. The college is great . There are three floors buliding. The good infrastructure is good. There were various facilities to the students.
Academics
The academic is very beautiful. The college is under the Savitribai phule pune University. They takes the various camps for the development of the students. I feel very proud to be the students of this college.
Placements
While talking about the placements there are no placements . In last 3 years no students were placed. So I don't like the college very much . But the college life enjoyment is very nice . The staff is also good .

Infrastructure is average here because there is no play ground for the college only they have air conditioned classrooms. No sports activities are happened but they give many symposium events. Average wifi speed and average hostel facility. Living space is average too.
Academics
I'm studying MBA with marketing and product management as major and minor respectively, here the staffs are outstanding and understandable. Syllabus are always in update, there is no demerits in curriculum and also helps for job.
Placements
Placement quality is good, but they majorly concentrate on marketing and finance elective. Nearly 63% of students got placed every year with average salary package of 4 LPA. Placements process is good because they tie up with companies.

University have a outstanding infrastructure. This includes easy access of auto from bus stand. Beautiful parks , well equipped library and labs . Study room is so peaceful. Classroom have facilities of projecter and smart classes.

My college provides excellent education with highly qualified faculty most of the faculty holds tha PhDs. Evey teacher delivers quality education in a friendly manner and always progress the students academics and supporting everything

University have excellent coures . But very few placements are available in this university. But the syllabus taught gives practical knowledge and good skills to the students which can help them to get good job in future

The campus life is not much as one should have we are not allowed to love in hostel also .like all the three years cannot accommodate together. Afterall good friends makes the campus beautiful not the parks and canteens ????

In my experience all teachers are good and helpfull. And their teaching style is excellent. They provides us assignments, projects and many more and it helps me alot. And yes our collage curriculum is up to dated.this collage have well developed infrastructure. And provides all facilities and equipment like labs, libraries, playgrounds and hostels for both boys and girls. Collage also provide safe environment for students. Overall placements is low because most of companies not visit.

1 placement quality for b tech is quite impressive but not for b com batch there were only 4 placement drive for b com batch 2- 20% package was around 5-6lpa and course was b tech 3 average salary offered was 3-4lpa . I didn't get a chance for placement so I have no idea about it . only 2-3 teachers was supportive

The infrastructure of the college is really well built. It has an amphitheatre(centre of attraction) of the entire college. It has foyer area which remains busy during preparation of occasions and events. College has a library which has books arranged department wise even more precisely arranged subject wise in their respective departments. College has a fully ac Auditorium which has a capacity of about 500 students. College has conference room, lecture rooms, well - furnished staff rooms for faculty, experimental laboratory, seminar halls at each floor and also has hostel facilities for about 110 girl.

Academic wise , this college is really best for the students. Here, teachers focus on individual student's performance. The teachers are really co-operative here and helps each and every one in doubt solving. The classes have projectors for better understanding.

It is a very good college with a nice infrastructure. Infact it is one of the best colleges in kashmir valley that has an amazing environment and location. It is situated on a large area of land in the heart of Srinagar. It has various well equipped labs in different departments and even the english lab.It has a good canteen , a nice sports center and smart boards are also in the classes

The college has been ranked no. 2 in the city by NAAC .The faculty is great and all the teachers are very hardworking. Besides there are business clubs and academic activities in the college that boost the confidence of the students.The college was the first in Kashmir to adopt the New Education Policy.

Actually the college has a wonderful infrastructure. In that college most of all the books were available in the college library. It was such a huge library. And the laboratory was also good. Every equipment that we wanted for our experiments was available there. Only thing was some of them were old . But was in a good condition.

Teaching method in that college was good. HOD and all the faculty were good. They were support in most of the problems. Each of them were very experienced one's. Sometimes missing one of the class will leads to some non understanding of notes.

I don't know more about placement in there. But some of my seniors says that placement was available there. And also some of my friends in my batch too got some placements. They give information about industries or companies in which there are vacancies.

Campus life was a great thing. Only thing is its a small campus. But we can enjoy there . Basketball court, football ground etc were there .

Their is different percentage of rules in every department, but students need to score about 70% in academics to get addmission here. Student need to score about 80% in academics to get better placement. Almost 90% of the students got good placement of the college. Our college provides better job opportunities. In the marketing, HR, finance field. College provide 3 months 6 months internship for students for experienced and it is a paid 12 to 15 thousand per month

College campus is too good. Sports activities are specially and more games celebrated in college. College location is fresh and beautiful. Safe for everyone and specially girls. Auto stand and city buses are available soo easily.

Shivaji college has a good infrastructure. Not very modern but it has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Like there are no smart boards or a good wifi, but the basic things are there and are well maintained, like the lecture rooms, washrooms, and labs. There is a huge and well-maintained library which is digitized too, but the library rules are too strict and annoying. there are 2 auditoriums new and old. a new science block has been inaugurated in 2023. there is a canteen in the campus. There is a separate dedicated Shivaji sports complex in front of the college campus.

I took a BSc Hons Physics degree from here in 2023 and I have had a good experience academically. You can't really have very high expectations about outstanding research exposure or placements in pure sciences from this college, but the academics are still very good with a focus on providing a good research exposure but only within the college or within DU, for dedicated students. there is an active college research cell and a placement cell along with like a dozen other societies.

There is obviously no placements for science students, as far as I know. But otherwise there is an active placements cell working to get placements for people in good companies and i have seen placements fairs happening in the college maybe twice during my time here. (1.5 years offline after COVID period)
Campus Life
Campus life is not bad at all. The crowd is good, the faculties and staff is also good. The campus is very peaceful but also vibrant with is beautiful gardens, two buildings and a running track. NCC and NSS is very active here. There is an active tedx society. Cultural fest called vibrations happens every year around feb and march. vehicles are not allowed inside the campus. There's ofcourse strict anti-ragging rules as in all colleges of DU.
