The teaching was very good .I am pursuing my Btech III year in IT deapartement because I am very interested in learning about technologies so I chose this.Yes our curriculum is updated and also includes all the recent developments in the field.

Our college has good quality of placements.All the students are getting placed with high package.I exactly don't know about percentage. The highest salary package that was offered by a company is nearly 12 lakhs.The placement process is smooth going.

Our college has best features.The best features are auditorium, play ground etc.. The students can engage in academics and co curricular activities like hackathons etc...The students have good communication,interaction with the faculty. Everything is safe.

The old campus was not that much good but the new campus is just amazing. All the facilities are available for students as well as all the equipments are available in laboratories. Although the equipments are very old and need to be renovated. wifi availability is there in some departments. Living spaces are clean and peaceful. Hostel food is also clean and hygienic.

Professors are highly qualified. They have alot of experience and are so much helpful also but the main thing is you also have to pay proper attention on studies. Teachers help alot to gain but you have also to try well.
Placements
Placement scenario is good in LU either it is of MBA department or B.Tech department. B.tech department placement is the best almost 60-75% student got placed every year. But if you have technical skills then no one have the potential to stop you.
Campus Life
Campus life is not that much good but is average ... Don't expect any type of fest , cultural activities , or DJ nights... You just have to give Semester whole year.. But its the best place where you can make yourself ready to do something great.

Placements are good. Many companies comes to our college. Most of the students gets placed. The average salary offered to the students is 3.5lakhs to 12 lakhs. The placement process is easy and pleasant because of the support given by the college.

There are various clubs and groups for students of different skills. Students, teachers and support staff are very much supportive. The location is safe and can handle all the emergencies.

KMIT is equipped with great infrastructure as part of the curriculum. Every area on the campus has WIFI facilities. The library has a decent collection of books. All the classrooms are equipped with projectors which help in digital learning. The cafeteria has various delicious items on the menu and all its surroundings are always hygienic. KMIT has a separate football, basketball and volleyball court. But unfortunately, the parking area is small and this ground area is used for parking at times.

KMIT has a great faculty who are motivated to share knowledge of students at any given moment. KMIT has a web portal namely teleuniv.net which acts a great platform for the students to access and learn from the study material. Frequent online sessions are conducted even during a vacation to develop the skills of the students. Many additional technologies that are currently trending in the outside world are been taught to the students on a regular basis.

KMIT offers a great quality of placements to every student. Almost 90-95% of every department are placed for sure. The highest package offered recently is 43LPA by Microsoft. The average package may vary around 3-4LPA. One important point is KMIT never encourages call centres.

Being in the middle of the city, the campus is kind off small in terms of area. Many inter-college activities are conducted. Various clubs are there for cultural and social activities. Fests are not regular but almost 5 small fests per year. Staff support is very great. The location is absolutely safe with emergency services available nearby. Although student movements are highly restricted within the campus without management permissions. There is no open gate system.

The college infrastructure is really wonderful. Their are two entrance. One from the front, the main entrance consisting of a huge gate and the other the back side infront of the boys hostel. The classes are divided into diploma and Btech. Also a special floor for all the teachers cabin. The labs are in a different section and every block is linked with each . A section for the buses are also there. One girls hostel and two 3 boys hostel and also staff quarters.

There are also 5-6 teachers for each department. And the teachers are mostly Mtech or Phd holders. They have experience of almost 7-8 years in the academics. I am from Instrumentation branch and our teachers used to take presentation every month. and question answer round were their in every classes which helped us to have a strong basic concept

The placement is not good so far. May be due to the location and also we don't have a strong placement committee. But they are trying their best to improve it. But the number of students cracking the GATE is also increasing which is also a achievement for the college.

Engineering is the best life. The campus life was amazing. We had students from different region but all are friends. And boys hostel, you can relate the fun and enjoyment. Wether it is a birthday or a cricket match. All together. The techers were friendly and we had matches with teachers too on sundays. Benches are their in the campus where groups seat together and plan of starting a business together.

Infrastructure of the college is awesome. It feels like mall. Every classrooms and labs have ACs, green board and projectors. All laboratories are well equipped. There's a separate block for icalled 'S' block for indoor games like PS, poll, fooseball, chess,table tennis,etc. For outdoor games ground are there. Everything is well maintained. Library has varieties of books and keeps many copies of it. canteen food is also good no non-veg food. Hygiene is maintained all the time.

I am a student of Computer Engineering. Here the quality of teaching is quite good. All the professors are very supportive. The curriculum is updated but still i would there's many stuff which is used in technical jobs but not a part of curriculum.

I don't know much about the placements as I haven't myself experience that. But looking at past placements records, majority of students gets placed in good companies. Companies like JIO, TCS, Infosys and many more visits our college. College puts efforts to help students during recuritment process.
