College Infrastructure
This college stands out from other colleges in the city in terms of the facilities and quality service it provides. The infrastructure has been designed by a well renowned architect and the building offers ample space for ventilation and natural light to fall in. All the classrooms, libraries and study rooms are centrally air-conditioned. The college also provides free wifi with a very good speed. All of them are cleaned twice a day.

I am studying ICT because that's what I wanted to study and this college is famous for. College offers quality education in a way which also engages students to the real world by giving several projects as part of coursework.
Placements
The placement cell does not have knowledgeable staff who can bring in good comapnies to the campus. The highest salary package offered has been 12 lakhs for the course of ICT. However, when students apply to the comapnies on their own without placement cell they seem to have higher pay. The average salary is 5 lakhs.
Campus Life
College has a dozen clubs for extracurricular activities like dance, music, literature, sports, food and so on. Students and teachers both cooperate and work together to make campus life a success. The college is set in a very lush green neighbourhood which has presence of many other colleges nearby. So overall you get a good vibe while studying at such a place.

I must say that the infrastructure of my college is awesome. The campus is quite big and is spread over an area of 650 acres. Environment is quite green and eco friendly. Classrooms are very big and spacious with all the modern equipments installed in it like projector, smart boards etc. Library is gigantic and has huge collection of books. Hostels are quite good and neatly maintained. Living spaces are clean and food served in mess is very hygienic.

Talking about the quality of placements in LPU, It's decent and quite good. Several Companies like TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Flipkart, Adobe visit here for campus placement. Recently, many students got placed in Amazon for the package up to 30 LPA which is really a great thing. The average package of CSE is around 5.7 LPA which is decent.

Campus Life here is so amazing that you will feel like your 2nd home. There is a huge stadium sized playground is there where you can play several sports like Cricket, Football, Basketball etc. LPU is located at Phagwara in Punjab. The campus is very safe. It is said that there are more CCTV camera here than Indira Gandhi International airport, New Delhi. The university is well maintained and it can handle any case of emergency.

I was studying in Magadh Mahila College of Patna University. It has got one of the best infrastructure. Not all colleges that comes under Patna University has a infrastructure like this. Classrooms are very well furnished. Chemistry Laboratory has all the chemicals and substances. Library is well maintained and whole campus is very clean.

I was pursing Bsc in Chemistry Hons. Most of my colleagues in the 12th standard used to hate chemistry and they always used to say that chemistry is very boring but I always find it very interesting. So, I decided to pursue my graduation in Chemistry. Professors of chemistry is so good and they taught us each and every point of the chemical reactions and all. My curriculum was also updated with the latest advancements in the industry sector.

Placements in Magadh Mahila College is decent. 5 students from my section got placed in a Mumbai based drug company to carry out research. Many students got internships in Jalan Chemical Industry. Also, College was very helpful and always motivated us to do our best.

This university is one of the oldest university of India having the rich alumni record. Most of the famous politicians from Bihar are passed out from this college. But, as the days passed, the charm of the university had faded a lot. Infrastructure is just basic. Laboratories and library needs some re-invention. No WiFi facility is there in the campus. Environment is also not as clean as I expected.

I had done BBA from Patna University. I always wanted to join a business company. So, I decided to do BBA. As far as teaching quality in PU is concerned, then its decent. Most of the professors are having a experiance of 15 to 20 years. Some of the professors were lazy and were not interested in teaching. They just came for their attendance purpose. My curriculum was not that updated according to the latest demands from the companies.

The quality of placements in my college was very poor. Even the talented students went on to sit in off campus placement drives as there was not as much oppurtunity provided by the college. Basically, there was no any scope of placements in my college despite doing a professional course like BBA.

Campus life is below average in Patna University. Only the thing which I liked most about PU is that their course fee was very affordable. Students can participate in cultural activities, sports competition, debate competition etc. Students were very selfish. Though, Teachers and support staffs were very supportive and helpful. The infrastructure of the college is good enough. All the core engineering departments have a pretty good infrastructure to work with. The laboratories are worth mentioning, this is the best part of the campus. Especially for the Aeronautical engineering students, they are lucky enough to have a real time working simulator worth of 3cr(approx in INR), along with a working Chopper. And 5 Air Crafts in the Air Craft Bay. Not to forget that there is Motorsporte hub in the campus.

To be honest, there is declining trend in the number of admissions every year. This is due to lack of proper staff and the pass percentage of the students. The institute's policies should be blamed for this. Only five departments got the NBA accreditation this time. Students can get their grades easily but they can't gain proper knowledge. Few departments are lacking in teaching staff, So staff from the other departments are replacing them irrespectiveof their specialization.

Placements are the last thing that you can expect. The chances of getting placed in campus placements is very low. The odds of getting placed in a core company are extremely low. You can manage to sneak into an IT company with a package of 6-7 LPA. If your expecting anything more than it, then the onus is completely on you to be exceptional from others. The Management won't fail in bringing MNC's, but the number of people getting selected will be very low.

Students barely stay in college hostels. Other than freshers, 80% of the students stay outside the campus. Not even one proper fest will be conducted. There won't be much fun in the campus. And also, you can't leave the campus during working hours.
