College Infrastructure
College have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment’s. The facilities provided to the students are actually better than any other college out there. It got laboratories, libraries for different departments too. Wifi enabled campus. Clean and hygienic.
Academics
Academics is average, mainly the teaching part. Although, the academic facilities provided is great. NAAC approved A+ graded university already. Basic projects facilities, practical facilities are included in this too.
Placements
The placements in our college is not very awesome or great, but better than most of the colleges out there. Basic packages provided to the students is around 6-7 lpa which accounts to be a good one. If not great.

i am currently in first year student in computer science school here and althrought university supports at quiet a good level but teachers are not satisfactory because they only teach by their notes and do not possess command on whatever subject they are teaching.

campus life is good only for those who want to waste their time in doing club activities , also your campus life is kind of determined by senior students there only a few students work for there development and others fake their abilities.

The college has a very big campus. There are various canteens in here. We have smart classes, various sports facilities and WiFi in each block. The campus is very well maintained by the authorities. Also, the food provided is very hygienic.

The course curriculum is quite hectic. Attendance is a major issue too. Over-all, the teaching style is pretty good. We get to create our own paintings and drawings. The curriculum is quite interesting.

We haven't as such got an opportunity to go for an internship or placements. I've heard they're pretty good and I'm looking forward for an internship. One can easily apply through internshala for an internship.

Students can engage in various activities. There are a group of clubs for each activity. You will not find any student idle. Everyone is engrossed in their own activities. There's no reason to get bored.

Our college infrastructure is quite good. It is a quite big campus having different buildings for different streams . Also classrooms are very good and clean. Labs are well equipped with the machines. There is one food court which is the centre of attraction of all the students out there.

The Academics here is good and amazing, the quality of teaching is really good and I think the teachers are really proficient in all the subjects which they teach. The syllabus is based on Punjab Technical University. Our syllabus was updated in the year 2018 and my batch is the first batch which is having changed syllabus. The study is based on making every student understand the aim of this course.
Placements
The college offers 100% placements and students are allowed to sit in multiple placements . The highest package as of now has been 31.77 LPA which was offered by amazon. The avg package which most of the people will get is 4 LPA , and some good students will get 6-8 lpa also and then many will also get between 10 - 15 LPA. My training for placements have just started yet, right now it's smooth and pleasant. The teachers are really supportive throughout the process
Campus Life
The campus life has been good till now. Classes are interesting except one or two subjects, I take part in various technical and non-technical events. There are lots of canteens where we can eat tasty food and lots of parks and ground where we can sit and spend time with friends. Both teaching and non teaching staff are really friendly. The campus is safe and is fully guarded. College can handle medical emergencies, it has its own dispensary and ambulance and professional doctors.
Our college is both advantages and disadvantages.

Our college has a good infrastructure but there is no sufficient equipment. We don't have enough equipment in our labs. As for sports, there are grounds and courts but not in a good condition. The campus premises are clean. The food is really good for North Indians and it tastes little bad for South Indians.

Our curriculum is very outdated. There should be lots of changes. And with this we are definitely not job-ready. Our curriculum is pretty much useful for those who wants to go for higher studies rather than doing a job immediately.

The quality of placements is bad. We hardly have any core related companies. Most of the companies are marketing based companies and the salary they offer is also less. The placement process depends on the company.

The college is safe but it is way too far from the city. So it is kind of difficult for medical emergencies.

The facilities of wifi is provided within the classrooms though the me department don't require it while in class. Each department and each year have their own classroom. Workshops and labs have all the requirements needed for a student. One get 4 library books every semester and they can keep it for the whole semester. 2. The facilities in the hostels are quite good. For ladies Hostel the quality and variety of food is good. LAN is provided in all hostels.

The teachers are really helpful and knowledgeable. They help us whenever we go to their cabin and. They ask us to call them anytime we don't understand any part of the syllabus. The course curriculum is relevant. But for making the students industry ready they have to take industrial training.

92% of the total students are placed in different companies this year. 2.The highest salary offered was 15 lakh.The lowest salary is 8 lakh. Average salary is about 7 lakh. 3 TCS, Tech Mahindra come to recruit from the mechanical department. College is very supportive for placements.

There are 2-3 sports grounds. Teachers are very supportive. The college campus is very safe as there are many guards 24x7*hours around.

This college is run by Apeejay Stya group which runs more than 4 schools in NCR. So the people behind this college are successful entrepreneurs. So the engineering department of this college is entirely run by the computer science department. The labs are fairly good but the number of computers in the labs are not sufficient. The hostel is pretty "okay" as the dormitories are pretty much clean. This college is yet to develop.

Not up to the marks as the professors are busy found their PHD. The faculty is not able to take up doubts properly as sometimes they themselves aren't clear with the concepts. The faculty is quite friendly too.

Not at all worthy. Companies don't come here. They don't advertise their college properly. The companies they show in their brochure never actually come during placement drives and my seniors are frustrated as they didn't get placements after attending 4 years in this college.

There is a major lack in what an ideal ‘college life’ should be.

Chandigarh Group Of Colleges, Mohali is having an average infrastructure with all sorts of basic facilities such as WiFi, stationary, ATM, canteens etc. The laboratories have all the basic needed specimens and instruments. The Gym is well-equipped. There are 5 Hostels for boys and one hostel for girls. 24*7 WiFi facility is available in the hostels. The food provided is of good quality nut the taste is not justified.
