College Infrastructure
Infrastructure needs improvement all over, there are no proper washrooms, fans don’t work. Lights are dimly lit and failing all the time. There are still less water coolers than required and canteens for students
Academics
Better training needed for teachers and current trends need to be taught to them. The teachers aren't up to date on things that have progressed in academia in 2010 forget about 2020. There needs to be a proper industry requirement based teacher training.
Placements
Almost none. Placements are a laughing matter. Graduates have to flock around and work for less than 10000 that is if they get a job. This stems for their lack of industry knowledge which in turn is caused due to the obsolete syllabus being taught in class

Anjuman E Islam Polytechnic is the only best college in Gadag district to study diploma. The college is situated in outskirts of City. It has got all the laboratory. Library has all the prescribed books.
Academics
I have studied diploma in civil engineering in this college, the teachers here are very friendly to students and the quality of teaching is amazingly good, all the syllabus are completed in time, the curriculum is updated as per DTE board.
Placements
I've not seen any placements in this institute when I was studying there 3 years ago, but now it may have been changed. The average salary offered may be 2lakhs p.a, I've not attended any placements process in this institute
Campus Life
College is situated at outskirts of the main city and its the only drawback I think, it can handle medical emergencies has the district hospital is available in less than a kilometre. Students over here are friendly and teachers support the students very well.

The quality of placements is really good. We have good oppurtunities from various companies that come to campus and there is a very huge intake. The trainings provided in the college makes us more confident to clear all the rounds.

My college infrastructure is average comparing to main branch of SRM i.e Kattankalathur. Facilities and equipments provided by the college are also average. All the equipments are available in the laboratories but teacher not allow to use. Wifi is also available but your mobile phone net will work faster comparison to that.

Professors are well educated . and it is good for studying, if you want to study. And if any student will focus on studies then definitely this college will make him job ready. you have a good opportunity to explore yourself in this college.

Placement of my college is also good in comparison to other colleges. They assure for 90% placement and try their level best but only 60-70% student get recruited in good company. The average salary goes to 3- 4 lakh p.a.

campus life is based on friends but it will really fun studying there. You can also play football there. There is also a section of games playing for tournament. Ad you will get full support from college teachers and seniors.

Room are air conditioned. The area is clean and they maintain cleanliness . Infrastructure is built beautifully. It's a small building but nicely built. But they start breaking it just so that they can build a new building which is really inconvenient to students.

Teachers there aren't good but they are not bad either. Most of the faculty just their to complete the syllabus. Student are forced to take the classes by making their attendance compulsory. It's a wastage of time.

Since i am still studying i don't really know for sure about the placement but if you work hard and try to understand all the concept you can get placed in very good company .it all depends on your capability since you are the only one who can shape your future from the day college start.

My college has every required facility that a student needs. It has a good hostel, the classes are air-conditioned. We have wi-fi in our hostels as well as in our campus, so we don't face any problem regarding the internet. Food is hygienic and is affordable for a student, for eg, a plate of chole bhature in the canteen just costs 30/-. All the living spaces are clean including classes.

I am currently pursuing B.tech in Electrical branch. I like this branch and I have an interest in this that's why I chose it. Quality of teaching is very good. They all are highly qualified and they are permanent faculty. Our curriculum changes regularly according to the need of society.
Placements
Placements are quite good at DTU. More than 75% get placed and others refer to higher studies. Highest package in my branch was around 24 LPA and the average package is around 8 LPA. The companies come not only for the placement but for the internship as well.
