Placements are very good in our campus.Many top leading companies conducts On-campus drives.Approx 80% of students were placed in campus drives.12 LPA is highest salary package for CSE students.Average salary is 3 LPA. Placement process is difficult because salary package is too high

The College infrastructure is quite good with all the necessary facilities available . The hostel room are spacious and clean. It provides all the required facilities to the students. It has more then 1k trees in the campus . Food is good and hygenic.

My college is good in academics . When I come to this College and I saw the teaching model of here . I was very happy to see that , they know how to give practical knowledge with the theoretical part. They give their students the best they can.

The placements are upto the mark with an average package of 4 lakhs to 5 lakhs. Placement cell gives its best to provide jobs to their students . The college is quite supportive when it comes to placement.

The campus life is one of the best and it is good here . So many clubs are there to enroll in . It has canteen and other facilities like stationary shop . Yes it's safe here and it can handle all emergency situations.

I’m pursuing BE(CSE) from Chandigarh University and teaching quality is really good And curriculum is always up to dated. Students are provided with all the necessary study material such as PPTs, docs, etc.

University has the good quality of the placements it has recorded maximum number of placements in north India region. Maximum placements are offered for the computer science stream and the highest package offered was 33 LPA which was also for the computer science.

University campus has really wide roads but it has less number of trees. It has two basketball courts and open theatre. As it’s name suggests Chandigarh University but its not really in Chandigarh, it is located 15kms out of Chandigarh.

I am doing my b-tech, and teachings quality is good, but there is need to update the syllabus and make it more industry-oriented. Classes should be more interactive and student-friendly, and with proper planning.

Placement is not very good, it's average. About 60-70 percent get placed and average for b-tech is 5-6lac per annum. College is not very supportive but student are working very hard to improve placement cell

The quality of teaching is pretty decent as the teachers are very co-operative and you are always engulfed by the environment of study by the scheduled class-tests and presentation, incessantly testing and shaping our cognition. The monthly guest lectures leave no stone unturned in giving us insights on recent developments and the current trend in the field.

The college has just stepped its existence to 2nd year and we are getting graduate in 5th year so it's utterly justified of not having any knowledge regarding the placements and package. Jim's collage infrastructure is pretty good as compared to the other ones. it has all necessary facilities like:- smart and air conditioned class rooms . in Jim's there is also a well equipped library and laboratory infrastructure .They have all things which are required by the student .it also has one medium size auditorium and other facilities for organising a seminar. it also has boys hostel in its own premises which is maintained good by the management .So at last collage infrastructure good

i am perusing BCA at Jim's. Faculties and teachers are very supportive & good. They also provide us a very vast knowledge on and off the course which is really great. We also had time to time seminars so that we can have the overview how the tech industry works in assistance to many other edu. institute. Because the curriculum of BCA is not as much updated as it is required to be to fulfil our current needs of the market.

In terms of placement I don't have that much vast knowledge about Jim's placement .but i often listen to my seniors that Jim's had a placement cell which helps and prepare the students for the placements . Where as about placement concerns it has big companies in its basket like TCS,WIPRO,JBM,ACCENTURE,BYJUS AND INFOSYES etc . Which provide pretty good and impressive packages to our collage students.

Out of 1000 700+ students every year in our college. The highest package is 14k per annual and the course is cse. The process is not so easy but my college full supportive .And we have separate placements cell which will boost up us every time.

We really enjoy in the campus. Seniors move friendly with us no sort of ragging is included. We have 8clubs here regarding sports, literary, music dance and arts, disciplinary clubs. Every student is engaged in these clubs. It's a good opportunity to showcase our talent. Campus is very safe, we are not allowed to roam and indecent behaviour is not allowed. Strictly action is taken if anything goes wrong. It can handle emergencies.

Many things make our University infrastructure stand out of the competition. Sankara statue, International library etc are not found in any other college across the country. Facilities like hostels are also ok. Hostels are maintained neat, and cleaned well. Classrooms are also ok but the only problem is with WiFi connectivity. Though the campus has fully enabled WiFi, the signal strength is not good and they don't permit every site. That is the only bad thing. Food is just, ok. Enough to survive
Academics
I'm studying B.E, CSE 3rd year in this university. Seeing the way of teaching from the past 3 years, I can strongly say that it is not at all enough to meet the standards of today's industry. You have to be self prepared for anything. Professors will only guide you. Curriculum is also ok.
Placements
Companies like CTS, TCS and other service based companies visit our campus every year. They recruit people in a large scale. But still, salary offered was not so high, at the same time, not so less. It was just ok.
Campus Life
Campus life is also ok. There is nothing much to tell in this aspect. It friends on the people whom you are surrounded by. Classes are funny sometimes, you can roam across the campus until 8 in the evening (only boys). Can go out of you feel need in campus. As the campus is located on Highway, nothing much is available, other than a couple of dhabas, and some small shops. You have to travel some distance to buy something like clothes etc.
