My review on Amity.
College Infrastructure
The college is gigantic and green, but it is a bit isolated from the main part of the city. The classrooms are well-maintained with smart boards installed for visual learning;canteen provides affordable food and the sports department never falls short of expectations. The library has over 20k+ collection of books and the whole campus is centrally air conditioned with division into 4 blocks according to branches. The WiFi facility is available throughout the campus and cleanliness is maintained.
Academics
The academics is a plus point in amity as the curricula followed for all the courses are very educative and knowledgeable. The teachers are really helpful and experienced, working hard to help students imbibe practical knowledge rather than just rote learning the theory. I was pursuing IT from amity which had a decent course structure and was updated every now and then.
Placements
The placements then was an area of concern, as not many companies visited the campus for recruitment. There were companies to recruit the students of sciences but the commerce students had to work harder to get jobs compatible with their aspirations and profile. The average at that point in time was low, ranging from 3-4 lacs p/a, but I am sure it must have improved till now. My juniors tell me about the rise of a cell looking after placements and internships which is a marked development.
Campus Life
The college is a bit isolated as it is a bit away from the developed area, but it is purely safe. There are various activities to do in the campus like participating and volunteering in festivals, honing skills in societies and attending informative sessions and seminars. There are cultural societies like dance, debate and music, and the educational societies like Enactus. The teachers are good and supportive staff is cooperative. There is a medical room for handling emergencies.

the college has an amazing bba bcom facility but ba infrastructure is not upto the mark . The maintainence of washrooms and classrooms is done properly . the food in hostels is average but the living space are clean

there are no placement available in bachelor of arts and no internship opportunities but there are opportunities in bcom but it is not easy to get selected because very less number of companies come and neither packages are so high

my college get good placements.Maximum number of students get selected in that placements.The height package is 8lakhs per annum remaining placements are average salary that means the salary is 3,2,4 lakhs per annum.

Very nice college with nice infrastructure we have library, labs for each department and academic blocks for pic and btech separately.. we also have workshops and technical tests and we also have labs for conducting various experiments

Most of the students will get placed as per the branch we get many different companies and many students got jobs and are doing their higher studies with their jobs money ...... Placements are high and they will definitely get placed

Talking about infrastructures, it is one of the best maintained colleges in india. It has seperate sports complex... Campus is spreaded in about 2000 acres. Well maintained canteen is available. It has the biggest libraray of the city. Infrastructures wise it is one of the top college of india.
Academics
Teachers are highly experienced, there is a competetive environment in campus. Extra competitions classes are held daily after regular classes which are upto you if you want to attend. Teachers personally guide about competitive exams like AFO (JRF).
Placements
After completing 3 years there is one year paid compulsory internship. After which companies come here for placements. Highest placement last year after bsc agriculture was of 4.5 lakhs per annum. And average placements vary from 3 to 3. 5 lakhs per annum.
Campus Life
Teachers are more supportive towards the students who live in campus hostel. Seniors takes too much ragging of students who live in hostel. But after sometime they become more like family and support each other. Seniors helps way too much. Students can participate in cultural fests of agriculture that helds all over india ever year.

In the infrastructure department I think the college lacks a bit. This is mostly due to the fact that our permanent campus is still under construction. Labs for cse, electronics, electrical have adequate equipment although a bit congested and limited in number. Classrooms are quite good and well maintained. WiFi is manageable but don't expect it to be world class. Again due to the temporary campus, hostel is located quite far and in a remote location but all will change with the new campus.
Academics
They say that NIT-D is almost all about academics. Jokes apart, like you would find in any other reputed engineering college we have both great professors and some not so good ones. The overall quality of teaching is good. If one is interested enough they can make good use of the academic resources available here be it related to programming or core fields.
Placements
Being Situated in Delhi gives us an inherent advantage when it comes to placements. More than 90 percent students are placed every year. Most of the lucrative packages are offered by software companies which are open for all three branches. Cse branch has the best placement statistics with an average of around 8 lakhs and highest of 27 lakhs(amazon). The overall highest was bagged by a eee student last year of 39 lakhs (microsoft). Core companies like Tata power, L&T,NPCL also visit the campus.
Campus Life
This is one area where the college lacks a bit due to the temporary campus and its location. The fests are no sumptuous affairs with only bare minimum features. The location is in the outskirts of Delhi , the nearest metro is at a distance of around 17 km from the institute. No need to worry about the safety, that is fine. The culture in college is mostly about academics with not much emphasis on extracurricular activities.

The quality of education provided here is very good. Teachers are trained and helpful. This college is affiliated to Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. The course curriculum is updated and make all the students job- ready.

The college provide excellent exposure and placements in the CSE and IT streams mainly. The college has a joint placement cell with chandigarh university and cgc jhanjeri. The highest package has been offered by Amazon and is 31.77 LPA. Major recruiters are Microsoft, TCS, IBM.

Campus life is amazing and great here. All the facilities like ATM, Food points, Cafeteria, canteens and parks are there in the college campus. The location of the college is secure. There are many extracurricular activities for all students.

I'm studying bsc stats because I like to study. The quality of teaching is very good. I think my curriculum is updated and include all the recent developments in the field. I think the study what I'm studying makes me job ready.

Every year more than 30 percent students get placed. The quality of placement are good in my college. The placement process was very tough and pleasant for me. The college is too supportive and lecturers are supportive.

Infrastructure is rented from Niti Aayog, so naturally facilities are not as great other top notch colleges; library is small and sports equipment/ground are limited though in spite of limited infrastructure classrooms and laboratories are well maintained and equiped with wifi and smart boards. Food and washrooms are decent and hygienic. Hostels are cleaned regularly though for 1st and 2nd year boys, it's a bit far away from college in haryana so college has facilitated buses for traveling.
Academics
First year students have a common curriculum irrespective of the branch, so they have to study a variety of subjects all of which are relevant, useful and up-to-date. Core courses begin from sophomore year. The faculty is very dedicated and experienced, always ready to address the problems of students. The curriculum is designed in such a way that students meet the requirements of the various types of MNCs when they graduate.
Placements
The training and placement committee of the college is very committed and dedicated. Every year, 90%+ students are placed with average placement of 6-7 lpa. The highest package of 40lpa was grabbed by a student of Electrical and Electronics engineering. Placements in core sector are not upto mark as is the case in most of the colleges across the country. Please note that many students are inclined towards preparation of exams like GATE, UPSC, GRE, GMAT, CAT, etc so consider placement as a backup
Campus Life
Students are not allowed to roam in campus after 7.30pm which makes it difficult to enjoy campus life as the hostels are away from college. Girls are not allowed to leave the campus unless they have an application signed by their hostel warden. Due to limited infrastructure, extra-curricular activities and clubs are not as good as should be expected from an institute of national importance, but students and faculty try their best. Things will get better when we shift to our own campus next year.

Teachers are okayish. Some teachers actually have no knowledge, but still teachers maintain a dignity of teaching. Level of exams are fair enough and marking is sometimes fair sometimes not, as usual story of every college

Placement are okayish. College was supportive. College gave us ample of opportunities to clear company interviews. College keeps its words in 100% placement. But still if you want big companies like Amazon and Google, it's not in their reach right now

Campus life at muj is simply awesome. There are so many food outlets, you will never feel bored, lonely, amazing crowd and sense of positivity everywhere. Vending machine for late night food, night canteens, everything is perfect

The quality of placements being good, reputed companies come forward to pick students. Students having above 80% are placed. The highest package offered is 4lakhs p.a to b.com honrs and average salary offered is around 2.5lakhs p.a. The placements process is easy and well supported by the college, training programs are done before placements.

The campus life is good, college conducted many events and competitions for the students like business plan event, treasure hunt competition, cricket tournament,etc. The main event is Zest and Star Night. The teachers are very supportive and helpful.Almost all are Ph.D qualified. The location of the college is safe and also a medical room is there in the college for health issues.
