College Infrastructure
As there in the college infrastructure is nice but having not proper drainage system and during monsoon or mainly in July month it is very difficult to sit in the Canteen that is the negative point And According to me no one is perfect there is always a scope of improvement it has huge auditorium ,parks,mini audi,canteen,tuck shop,hostel,admin block and many more buildings it is grade A by NAAC and ramp for disabled also and has its own parking lot.
Academics
As per the academic term the study is very good and teachers are very Cooperative with each other. From college they mainly maintain seminars and counselling for the confidence and encourage in some fests to make the students more bolder.
Placements
As the college must have not much placements in BA as per my thinking mainly there were the placements in the Information technology centre. And other degrees and courses there are mainly not much opportunity in other degrees. Now recently the ICICI Bank jobs were offered to the students and we're selected according to their work, confidence,boldness and mainly quick response and mainly team work. As per the salary it mainly starts from 25000/month approximately.

As per the campus life I mainly recommend this college for the good courses and degrees and also please live in a hostel Life once it's a very great opportunity for the students how to live and work so that's all

The infrastructure is really good. But now a days it is under going some construction and renovation. The blocks are well ventilated and the campus area is large. It has kasmiri gate metro station nearby. It has a large auditorium which looks like it is designed in British era. The library is not that good but you get most of the books their also you can get notes photostate in the campus itself. The campus has free wifi connection.

I am studying Computer science in this college and is a third year student it's because I find it interesting also igdtu is comparable to other universities such as dtu and nsit. Faculty can have very depth knowledge of the subjects. Some faculties are not that good I guess but that is comparable. The curriculum is not updated since years. And soo it need some improvement to get compared to syllabus of IITs. They teach us every basic thing need to get a good job.
Placements
The quality of placement is good as compared to private colleges. If we talk of batch of 2019, 25 companies visited campus which selected around 349 students from the campus. The highest package was 16 LPA and average was around 6 LPA for B.tech. The highest package was grabbed by an IT student. The placement process is good and go through every field also the college and placement coordinator is supportive.

The college campus is lush green. It has maney spots to hangout at. The canteen maybe a problem as it is small and the food quality is not that good. Their is this jail type of structure. Soo all in all the campus is amazing. The teachers here are supportive and helpyou whenever you want. The campus is near kashmiri gate and soo it's at a safe place.

The infrastructure is magnificent. Classrooms are provided with smart boards and are open and pleasant. Libraries are very helpful and have a very proper management . we are provided with two libraries open and close so everything is systematic. Sports center is the most aesthetic area in the college.We have football ground, volleyball ground, race course, Badminton and tennis club, swimming club and many more. Our college is a WiFi zoned area each and every student have it and food is healthy.

I m presently studying Bsc Computer Science but from the current year College has been turned to self financing courses and 2 batches are left with IT and CS. Quality of teach is good. Curriculum is updated and we have good and interesting subjects. Yes we are trained and taught accordingly so that it makes us job-ready and as well we take our own efforts other than the regular curriculum.
Placements
Placement cell is huge and all the Companies come in College for placement purpose so thats where we go lucky and its 100% placement. Engineering packages are huge for IT-CS. I have been in the internship process, really calm and cool and the department really takes care so that the students don't panic and the process is very system and smooth. They help so well that we can be confident during our interviews.

College campus is exquisite. Best campus I have seen till date. Everything is so perfectly planned and placed and so decorated. Playground is the most beautiful place and there are many places to sit around under shadow and perfectly arranged. I am studying ECE .I choose this department because it is one of the most renounced department in Calcutta university. Our department changes its syllabus whenever required (as the syllabus is changed this year).

Few companies comes for campusing .They are mainly IT companies.Some core companies also come.But truely saying I think it is only drawback of this department. But our department is trying to increase the campusing both by changing syllabus and in management level.

Our campus is not very big but organised. It has a small park.some sitting places . Teachers are really helpful. I feel safe inside the campus.

The institution has a well built infrastructure. The college is set amidst the womb of nature and is free from pollution and unwanted rush. All the classrooms are neat and clean and maintained properly. The living areas are also very neat and clean. However the food served in the hostel mess needs a little improvement. The academic curriculum is good however, it can be improved as it is an autonomous college so there is a lack of competition among peers. The teachers here converse mostly in local language which to some extent makes it difficult for students from other states to understand. However they show supportive nature and help in all forms needed.

Placements are student's Own fruit of hardwork. Reputed companies come for recruitment like TCS, capgemini, Tata steel, etc. However most of the students fail to clear tests and it falls on the part of the college that it has bad placement records. The training and placement team brings good companies for placements.

The reason for giving bad rating is my poor experience as a fresher in the institution. The people here in campus has a domestic mindset and lack openness. They also lake behavioral aspects like way of talking and discussion among peers. So this is the thing that needs to be looked upon and hence the culture can be improved.

There are two separate canteens for veg and non veg. But there is a lack of WiFi in hostels. And also in campus there is no WiFi. Staffs and teachers are good. The placement at that time was not a priority for a lady, and very few companies use to come for the interview. But with the grown in education sector, the placement has also increased. I guess, many companies come now.

Almost 20 years back, the students life was not so glorious and we only use to go to college and come back. But over period of time the campus life has evolved and bwtter facilities are available. Regular fest and alumin meets are held.

The buildings have got old and need renovation. Benches have become so old that it is difficult to sit on them. The lecture halls including boards, labs, etc. are in bad condition. The campus is spread over vast area in the centre of Ludhiana and has vast playgrounds.

Teaching is very poor. Its just a formality to teach students for the teachers, not their duty. Students do not come to the campus for the whole semester and no one pays attention. Attendance is not compulsory at all, neither are studies. The syllabus is outdated.

It is present in between the trees and mountains but at the same time it is present near a village which spoils the crowd of the college and sometimes makes it unsafe for the girls. i am doing bsc biotechnology from this college. Our department is good but if you are a girl and think of going for law or commerce department then you might want to think twice. the teachers are good and have knowledge about their subjects.

Our college maintains different buildings/blocks for either one or two branches collectively and has all the equipment needed for the perspective branch in their respective blocks such as classrooms, labs etc. Our college also consists of hostels inside the campus and they are separately built for girls and boys and mess halls for hostellers and three different cafeterias. We also have outdoor courts for basketball, tennis, football etc including a indoor sports stadium.

I am studying Pharmaceutical Engineering and i chose this subject because i am interested in science and technology related subjects. the quality of teaching is excellent. And yes the curriculum is well updated.

According to the statistics and the numbers we got to know that there is 90% of students who got placed. And the companies which come to hire are of the top companies that we have known. And to my knowledge the highest package offered was 11 lakh package and was offered to computer science department. And the average salary offered is of 4 to 6 lakh packages. And the placement process is definitely pleasant with the tests and interviews conducted.

There are every facility a student can look for in a institution. Entertainment wise it is lacking as it is located far away from the city. But it is sufficient for college life and there are no worries regarding it.

Studying EEE cause that was allotted by NTA. Curriculum is updated but the teaching has a lot of quality improvement to do. Being job ready would require the student to take extra courses from the outside.

I have no idea about the placements as I’m still doing my graduation. The placements from what I have heard are doing a decent job with the highest salary package being 12L per annum. A lot of important companies come every year for placement interview.
