College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of the college is very good with two separate buildings and a separate area for activities. The layout is well-established. The classrooms have smart boards and the labs are air conditioned with all the necessary apparatus; canteen has affordable food, and the NS Pradhan library has an exhaustive collection of diverse books. The WiFi facility is available and the hostels have all the amenities. Sports is well established and gymnasium is offered free of cost.
Academics
I am currently pursuing statistics and KMC has a renowned statistics' faculty. The teachers are really experienced, with most them being PhD holders in statistics. The course is updated till date comprising of the necessary developments in the field, and the exposure of diverse subjects makes it all the way more productive and conducive to job opportunities in various fields. The internal processes are qualitative with interesting projects and practical application is imbibed through lab work.
Placements
The placement drive is conducted and various big firms hire students from KMC, for example, BCG and D.E Shaw to name a few. The percentage of students placed is 50%,but unplaced people are not always willing to get jobs right away after graduation. The average package is a bit low, ranging from 5-6 lacs p/a, but the active placement cell of the college guides all the students efficiently. Though,sometimes, roles offered might not commensurate with the profile of a typical statistics' student.
Campus Life
KMC is located in Kamla Nagar which is hub of outlets and cafes, and a perfect place to hang out with friends. The college has various societies like dance and dramatics society. The dance society is a very popular society in the DU circuit. The educational societies like Enactus and Parivartan work for the society;Finance cell conducts various sessions and seminars with erudite speakers visiting the campus and enlightening students with their knowledge about finance. There's a medical room too.

The facilities of wifi is provided within the classrooms though the me department don't require it while in class. Each department and each year have their own classroom. Workshops and labs have all the requirements needed for a student. One get 4 library books every semester and they can keep it for the whole semester. 2. The facilities in the hostels are quite good. For ladies Hostel the quality and variety of food is good. LAN is provided in all hostels.

The teachers are really helpful and knowledgeable. They help us whenever we go to their cabin and. They ask us to call them anytime we don't understand any part of the syllabus. The course curriculum is relevant. But for making the students industry ready they have to take industrial training.

92% of the total students are placed in different companies this year. 2.The highest salary offered was 15 lakh.The lowest salary is 8 lakh. Average salary is about 7 lakh. 3 TCS, Tech Mahindra come to recruit from the mechanical department. College is very supportive for placements.

There are 2-3 sports grounds. Teachers are very supportive. The college campus is very safe as there are many guards 24x7*hours around.

Talking about infrastructure of college it is not that much highly impressive nor very poor.Campus is spread on 7 acres of land area. There is a ground for sports, Like volleyball, cricket. There is a well maintaine table tennis room, a small area with net for badminton. Hospital building is quite good. Class rooms are large with capacity of holding 80 students at a time there are no ducts or coolers in classroom so it is slightly hot in summer. There is a big library with around 4k books.
Academics
When i first entered the college i thought it would be like normal colleges but scenario is different, teachers are very dedicated to teach and are quite strict in teaching. Experience of teachers - all are highly experienced most of them are author of some books. Since it is autonomous college so curriculum is fully updated including all recent developments step of ayush ministry.
Placements
Since it is medical college so Placement depends on individual's knowlege. After 4.5 years we have to go for compulsory paid internship. After that we can go for higher studies or can opt for job. Every year almost 3 to 4 students used to get selected for pg courses. And remaining go for jobs, which pays around rs 25 k p.m. to 50 k p.m. initially. Average salary after persuing bams from this college remains around 3.25 lakhs per annum. College administration will not help you in any job.
Campus Life
First year is quite difficult as you have to follow many rules and regulations, there is ragging also (which they calls introduction session) but you don't have to worry it is not that much horrible. Session starts about October & then welcome party is organised which is fun and enjoyable. After welcome party there is a annual sports week which is the most enjoyable moment of whole year. We stand 2 nd as compared to other colleges under WBJEE.Our college is under MAKAUT (formerly WBUT) which is a very good university.Almost all the faculty members of our college is PhD holders ,even some of them have done M.Phil .They are very helpful and always ready to clear our every doubt.They regularly gives us guidance about careers,skills, studies etc.But our temporary teachers are not good.Currently I am studying B.Tech in Information technology.Its course curriculum makes us job ready.

Campus life in our college is awesome.Our college is localted in university of kalyani campus which is not far away from kalyani ghoshpara station.We get direct trains to Sealdah station from it.Kalyani town hospital and new kalyani aims is not far away from our college .So we can go there incase of any medical emergencies.Our college organises various events, seminars,fests,pujas all the year.Our annual techno management fest Espektro is one of the biggest college fests in West Bengal.

Our college infrastructure is quite good. It is a quite big campus having different buildings for different streams . Also classrooms are very good and clean. Labs are well equipped with the machines. There is one food court which is the centre of attraction of all the students out there.

The Academics here is good and amazing, the quality of teaching is really good and I think the teachers are really proficient in all the subjects which they teach. The syllabus is based on Punjab Technical University. Our syllabus was updated in the year 2018 and my batch is the first batch which is having changed syllabus. The study is based on making every student understand the aim of this course.
Placements
The college offers 100% placements and students are allowed to sit in multiple placements . The highest package as of now has been 31.77 LPA which was offered by amazon. The avg package which most of the people will get is 4 LPA , and some good students will get 6-8 lpa also and then many will also get between 10 - 15 LPA. My training for placements have just started yet, right now it's smooth and pleasant. The teachers are really supportive throughout the process

The campus life has been good till now. Classes are interesting except one or two subjects, I take part in various technical and non-technical events. There are lots of canteens where we can eat tasty food and lots of parks and ground where we can sit and spend time with friends. Both teaching and non teaching staff are really friendly. The campus is safe and is fully guarded. College can handle medical emergencies, it has its own dispensary and ambulance and professional doctors.

The campus is spacious with greenary.students engage in different clubs based on their interests.clubs like sports club, cultural club, humanity club, literary club etc... and kind of labs to do experiments. The campus is very secured and always ambulance is available . There is also a small dispensary in campus.
