The College has two separate college, One campus for first year students and second campus for other year students. Both campuses are quite small with average infrastructure. Boys hostel is available in first year campus while Girls hostel is only in main campus for all the girls. Both campuses are at walking distance. Wifi is present in college section but its not so great at hostels. Labs are nice with air conditions. Academic block is very close for students staying in hostel.Maintenance avg.
Academics
Teachers are good and helpful however some experienced teachers are left the college for other opportunities. Alot of focus and pressure is given for academic attendance. Courses are maintained to make us job ready but it also needs your extra efforts apart from classes.
Placements
Placement sector is considered as plus point in this college. The placement cell works well but yes it also needs your hard work . There are sometimes extra pressure applied on students in academics for placements which can often feel like a burden.
Campus Life
Campus life according to me is just ok. Don't expect a very big campus etc. Less expectation is the key to happiness. Placements are good. There are clubs you can join and engage. Fests and big events are not held here so that should also be kept in mind before entering. Markets are be reached by auto(mostly available) costing 20rs per person. You can reach out to teachers and staff in any kind of emergencies.

The infrastructure of DTU is quite amazing. Although somewhere it needs a little modification in its infrastructure. The labs, libraries and classrooms are maintained in a good way. The campus is also constructed attractively.

DTU is quite good in academics. I am persuing B.Tech in Information Technology as DTU is one of the best engineering colleges of India. The quality of teaching is good. Although the curriculum is a bit old but its getting upgraded now.
Placements
DTU have outstanding placements. Almost all students get placed with high packages. The average package is about 11-15 lpa. The highest domestic package goes upto 64 lpa. The placement process is easy and placement cell is very helpful.

The academics is good here, lectures are conducted everyday every 5 days a week. Many lecturers come from far away to teach the students like Mapit, cantilever etc. Many tests are conducted to test the students.

Placements are great at the college. Almost every student is placed every year, many good companies visit the campus for allotment. Teachers guide the students really well regarding the interviews and placements. They also provide internship opportunities.

Niet lies in Knowledge Park 2 so it's completely covered with many colleges and I can say that compared to other colleges it's Academics and ROI is good. It's secures autonomous status and that has an benefit as compared to other colleges. If you ask about hostel. It's okay okay. For girls they always have to take permission to leave the campus and have to return on time and for boys they don't have to take permission to leave.

I would rate placements 3 out of 5 because in my batch, highest package stood at 10 LPA, which was from commerce background.Average CTC was 5 LPA. Students from Science dept. are not offered much higher packages. The placement cell was not much active during my time, internships and opportunites are not really offered.

Lack of air conditioning makes it seemingly impossible to sit in these halls during the scorching hot summers.The hostels are nice
