I am studying M.Tech in Metallurgical and materials engineering.Quality is of teaching is nice and teachers are eager to teach.Yes the circulum is updated regularly and it is making as job ready through various exposures.

Quality is really good as many eminent recruiters,including IBM,Infosys,microsoft,Nokia have visited for final placements.The highest slary package was Rs 42 LPA for a CS student.Nit rourkelas has witnessed a total of 909 job offers.

Indian Institute of Management Amritsar is one of the 3rd generation IIMs. And this college has good infrastructure as it has multiple hostels, decent mess food, playgrounds. The new campus is in process of building & soon will be operational. This new campus is of 60 acres & it will enhance the learning experience of students.

The course structure is quite good here with multiple domains. I'm studying MBA-HR here & the courses are very much industry focused. The teachers teaches students with their best effort & try to provide practical learning opportunities through which students can get maximum industry exposure.

Placement of IIM Amritsar is one of the best. The college body takes care of the entire Placements process & it is very much streamlined. Multiple companies visit very year to take talent for their respective requirements including many big recruiters as well as various eminent start-ups.

As per my knowledge, the college has received almost 100% placements in almost all the branches. As I am from metallurgy branch, I can say that the placements in my branch are great too. Students can go both in core and non-core placements, without any dilemma as they are equally good.
