Excellent College Infrastructures with beautiful buildings.College has a lot of greenery also so we can breathe fresh air which relaxes our mind.Also we have gym,2 playgrounds,swimming pools,so we have good infrastructure here.

Some teachers knows the subjects very well but some just read the ppts and we have FFCS system also,where we can choose our teacher and subjects by our choice which helps to make our college life little more flexible,

Placements are more than decent if you are from CSE branch.The average package is around 8LPA but also the highest package in 2022 was around 1Cr/Per annum.So the college gives you alot of oppurtunities just you have to grab them.

Actually their is no particular placement cell in our college thus no average salary can be provided. Different competitive exams can be given by the students on order to persue further studies and get a good job.

Yes this college provides placements. As per of now the students of MBA(2021-2023), 42 students are placed in different companies. The highest package is 3.6LPA. If anyone wants more package than offered then they can try on off campus.

Our college Jorhat Engineering College, JEC has a decent campus with 77 acres of land. It has a lake also, Our college has been established in 1960 and infrastructure is getting better day by day. All the modern facilities are available here.

Academics in jec is strict , There is a strict attendance policy of 75% otherwise you get Non collegiate (NC) and if less than 65 % then DC which means Dis collegiate and you're not allowed to sit for the exams so attending classes regularly and maintaining attendance is a necessity here.
Placements
Placements are average in comparison to AEC, AEC has better placements as it is in the capital Assam. We have companies like Vedanta, NRL and OIL which comes for core job roles and provide pretty good package but very few students get placed in them.

An updated academics. I have choosen English language as I love the subject and want to complete me PhD in this. The college has an updated academics and even if something they feel is important the teach us with several examples.

There is no placement option for BA. Maybe for other courses there are some. Not having much idea about this because for my course there isn't any campus placement. However the professor keeps us updated regarding interships

The placement is not so good due to recession in IT sector but the average package is 4 lakhs per annum. The highest package of this year is 33 lakhs offered by Scalar Academy to 1 student of IT department.

Its best part of this college is that it have a lot of clubs to get engaged with like HnCC , Model club , and it have non technical clubs like Arts club , Leo club and it runs a NGO named Prayas India which work for the upliftment and betterment of the society.

Due to covid, our classes have been in virtual mode. We are yet to see our campus. College has a separate Hostel which is 600 meters away from the campus for 1st year students (Boys). Second year students stay in the campus only. For girls, both year students are inside the campus.

The curriculum designed for IDM is one of its kind and offers great learning aspects of Core Sectors such Railways, Highways, Roadways, Airport etc. It deep dives into various aspects of Contract Management, Tendering, Bidding, and Project management along with general MBA subjects. Since, it focuses on Infrastructure and Project so the entire course covers 35% of Finance subjects. The course also offers students to understand the nuances of Operation management, Supply Chain and Logistics.

The placement at any B-schools revolves around many factors such as relevant work ex, profile, interest and yes your LUCK! Students gets opportunity in almost all domains except HR. Please refer to the placement report available on the website. The point of caution is that if you are aiming to get into MBA-IDM, please get at least one year of experience as the subjects are heavily dominated with technology (core sector)

In my college placement cell is there. So every year a placement cell fair which is known as AARAMBH is held i which 3k+ students participate and get their internship. Many companies are come and provide us internship placements in various fields.

My college campus is very well maintained. In my college there is one building in which rooms are also well maintained. Three to four labs are also there. My college is in kalkaji so it safe. Teachers are also very good.

Its a all girls college so Crowd would be a little different if anybody from a co-ed joins here but It also really boosts your confidence and personality. The seniors are great and helps a lot in day to day college life as well as the events.

The infrastructure of my college is very fascinating we have Pratap villa palace which is the main attraction of our college we also have use libraries and fully furnished classroom with digital smart boards also the mess sitting facility is quite good and we have two types of mess for each of the branch.

My course is extensively based on communication system in rail and the course fully delivered what it had in it. The new facility is permanent and also highly qualified from IIT. The books provided by the college help us to gain extra knowledge of the communication system

The placement record of my college are quite good 1st year most of the student got placed in the big MNCs and got handsome packages the placement round last up to for the month and this year also many companies have visited our campus for placement offers. Most of the students as satisfied with the placement offer.
