The Infrastructure is definitely one of the drawbacks of St Aloysius College. The campus is very small. they manage to hold classes for so many courses somehow. The major Drawback is that since the college is situated in city area there is not much scope for it to work on its campus to increase the space. There is a canteen but the options are way too less. As compared to other canteens in other colleges in Jabalpur, they definitely need to work upon theirs.

When it comes to academics, I'd say that it stands as average only. The Professors take classes pretty sincerely but they are not helpful towards their students is what I can say from my experience. The curriculum is at par with other good colleges in Jabalpur right now.

My personal experience with placements was not good. We never received any mails or messages regarding any placements coming in college. There are no opportunities provided by the college for internships which I have seen other colleges do.

The academics are good the lectures take the classes very strictly with attendance mandatory. The explain everything very clearly. We get good theoretical knowledge by their explanation. We score very good marks in the exams.

Yes we have placement opportunities. The college provide this opportunity to final year students. The average salary package offered is 2.5lakhs per annum. The process is okay it just goes with the flow.

College infrastructure is good because the campus is associated with the university and all the things are provided by them to facilitated. but the building is like a government and 100 years old building.
Academics
All the faculties are very experienced and knowledgeable, but due to high student union or politics this source of knowledge is not provided to students at large and unutilised. With all this situations teachers do a linien marking in the final exams that was good thing.
Placements
There is the placement with the university placement cell at low salary package and low number of offers. according to my knowldge and previous experinces it was around 4-5 lakhs and offer 30 packges around 300 students.

College infrastructure overall is good but needs to be better specially the laboratory for our mechanical department. Classrooms fits the academic requirement. Library is good. Playground is big. Basketball ground makes the campus beautiful.

Academic pressure is there but in long term you will feel it helped you. You will see many of your friends in other MAKAUT affiliated colleges are chilling but beleive me it is usp of AOT. BUT when I passed teaching quality was OK. Yes some teachers were great but some was not really up to the mark. What's the situation now I don't know.

Most weak part of our department. Very rare the core companies came but we had training for campus and everything but then I had a dream to go in the field I studied that is mechanical. But few companies came and they took limited students. But if you are from IT background placement is good.
