Good college, great campus life and infrastructure.
College Infrastructure
The college infrastructure is top-notch. The academic block environment was built for studying. The rest of the infrastructure is very peaceful, works well for hostellers to enjoy the campus. The clock tower is an absolute best spot to meet or catch up with friends. The food is okay. The labs are well-built and there is AC everywhere.
Academics
Artificial Intelligence and Data Science course is good. The curriculum is built on real-world industry. Students learn the course basics right from the first semester and there are no unnecessary subjects involved. The course is relevant to what was chosen and the teaching is done well.
Placements
College is very supportive with placements. There are constant updates sent in announcements on placement opportunities and guide is through the process. The quality of placements is pretty good too. A lot of start-ups and major companies are included in the placement atmosphere.
Very good and made me self aware
College Infrastructure
Really good infrastructure with modern buildings since it was only recently built and labs are great with a big ac library. It's fully air conditioned and has a great environment to study and have a great campus life
Academics
Teachers are really good and friendly and approachable. They are planning various new methods for students friendly exams rather than conventional written exam which is really helpful for all the students

College Infrastructure
Our college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment needed there's not a shortage of anything. The whole campus had WiFi connection with unnecessary websites and apps related to anything other than studying blocked, In hostels it difficult to get wifi tho there's really slow to nothing network connection available there. the standard mess is not recommended.and yes the living spaces are clean and tidy.
Academics
Im studying aids the quality of teaching is amazing. yes from my batch we r following a new curriculum and it included all developments made.it makes us job-ready because we trynna understand how everything works and where.
Placements
the quality of placements has been great from what i heard from my seniors. the highest package was 1c i suppose. im not aware of the percentage of students placed. i think the average salary was in double digits i dont remember clearly.
Campus Life
there's clubs, sports, nss, yrc events happening for students to take part in. yes the place can handle emergencies it had a HCL healthcare clinic inside the campus and has hospitals in kelambakkam which is quite near.
Anything Else
nothing else.
Giving a review of my college was quite a good experience.
College Infrastructure
Our college has all the necessary infrastructures, facilities and equipment required. We have well-furnished classrooms, laboratories and decent sport centres. The hostels are decent not excellent with WiFi provided until 12am. They are maintained decently. The living spaces are maintained and cleaned regularly. The mess tries to follow hygienic practices to ensure that the food being served is clean and hygienic.
Academics
I am currently pursuing my bachelors in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. The quality of teaching is excellent. The faculties are highly experienced. The curriculum is updated and includes almost all the recent developments in the field.
Placements
The placements can be described to be average at this point, but it is slowly improving.
I would highly recommend this college to others for mba
College Infrastructure
Yes my college has all the necessary infrastructure , facilities like washroom , drinking water, birds park, accessible lifts, ramp for pwd and the facilities like lab, Bloomberg are so excellent and well maintained
Academics
I am currently doing my master of business administration (mba) in the stream of the finance and the quality is very good and the faculties are very friends and are from the industry so that we are well trained
Placements
Placements are good as the college tries to bring in many companies that are very well known companies in the industry and the pay is also good and about ninety eight percentage of students gets placed
I would highly recommend this college
College Infrastructure
The college infrastructure was really good they have all basic facilities like washroom, drinking water, fans and ventilated classroom and they are also mantained regularly, they also give Wi-Fi to students
Academics
I studied BBA in retail management, the syllabus was really good and the staff was the bestest and the quality of teaching was also good and the curriculum is updated only when the university updates it
Placements
The placement of our college is really good all well known companies in the industry come for campus drive but the placement cell is so strict and it’ll be too pressurised and have to follow many things to get placed
Good campus and academics, placements need improvement
College Infrastructure
I have been in this college for 1.5 years now, and I feel the college infrastructure is pretty decent and we're provided with every required equipment for everyday skill improvement. But the only thing is the college's canteen is quite small. Moreover, the parking area is huge and we've got 2 large grounds for Sports and fests. An Auditorium which is huge too. The campus is maintained very clean everyday all in our witness. The classrooms and labs too are well maintained.
Academics
I am pursuing Computer Science and Business Systems at MGIT because other than CSE , I was also interested in Marketing, so I opted for CSBS giving me more scope. So I decided to opt for CSBS. The teaching is pretty decent, but it overally depends on us how we perform in the academics . The quality of teaching is pretty good and the faculty is very friendly. They've always been good guiders and are always ready to push us forward.
Placements
The placement quality at MGIT is overall decent, with a good number of companies visiting the campus every year. The placement percentage and highest package can vary depending on the batch and branch, so I dont know the exact figures. The average salary is also different for each company and branch. The placement process is generally organised and the college provides support through the placement cell. Students who prepare well for coding, aptitude and interviews have better opportunities. Overall, the college gives decent placement opportunities, but there is still scope for improvement in terms of companies and packages.
Campus Life
My Campus life at MGIT is pretty good overall. The campus is located on a hill, so there are quite a lot of slopes and walking around the campus can be tiring sometimes, especially during summer ????. But the surroundings are nice and the campus has a good atmosphere. Students can participate in different clubs, technical events, fests and other activities. The teachers and staff are generally supportive and students are friendly. The campus feels safe and the location is also decent. Overall, campus life is good, although some facilities and activities could be improved.
Overall, a good experience with decent opportunities.
College Infrastructure
In my opinion and experience, the infrastructure is good. The campus is quite big like 30 acres and location on the hill makes it look nice. classrooms and labs are decent and the library is also good . I feel some areas could be maintained a little better , but overall i am satisfied with the infrastructure. The clean environment is what makes the infrastructure admirable.
Academics
I am studying CSE because I've always been interested in computers and software. In my opinion, the teaching is deccent, and some faculty explain the concepts really well. For a few subjects,I feel you have to put in some extra effort on your own.The curriculum covers the important CS subjects and the basics are good, but I think more practical and industry related topics could be included . Overall , academics are good but if we wanna learn beyond the syllabus , we need to explore more.
Placements
In think the placements are decent till 2024. A good number of companies visit the campus and CSE students do get oppurtunities in software roles. The college placement report shows companies like Accenture,TCS and other IT companies hiring from CSE whatever I heard from my seniiors too. The overall placement percentage is around 75-80% as mentioned by the college, but it varies from branch and batch. I feel the placement support is good, but getting a good package still depends a lot on our skills and preparation.
Campus Life
From my experience, the best thing about the college is the campus and the overall environment . The campus is pretty big and there are good facilities for students. Students are generally friendly and you can easily find people with similar interests. Support staff are mostly helpful when needed. One thing I feel could be better is the maintenance of some areas and the facilities at certain places. The location is well connected to the city, and basic emergency facilities are available nearby,so I haven't faced any major issue regarding that.

Placements

Campus Life
Campus Life is excellent no faculty pressure but written work is too much so it might be difficult 75per attendance is very mandatory balanceing attendance and prepare for exams and complete written work by each day the campus Life is very good
Anything Else
This is good collage and good academics as well as activities this collage provide NCC and SSB programs which is very usefulll for up comming students to get settled very well with good jobs with high package of government Please don't give excessive amount of written work for students it is difficulty to maintain their health studies sports responsibilites at a time please reduce them and collage should provide collage wifi in classrooms the network is very slow in this area oveall good clg..
Good career comes from a Good college
College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of my college is satisfactory to me. Because the Campus is well maintained and labs are decentt . Library is also good, although finding a free seat during exams is basically a mission. Sports facilities and other student spaces are there too. Some areas get crowded and parking can be a headache sometimes. Overall no major complaints, pretty good campus.
Academics
I am studying Computer Science and Engineering. Because of my own interest. The curriculum system is well structured and covers all the main CSE subjects. It gives a good base in programming, DSA,DBMS and other core topics. industry relevance is decent too , but some parts are still feel a bit oudated or more theory based. I think adding mire real world projects, internships, and newer technologies would make it better.
Placements
Placements are one of the better parts of CSE here. A good number of companies visit the campus and there are opportunities for both software and other tech roles. In the 2024-25 batch, around 82 percent were placed. The average package was around 10LPA.
Campus Life
My campus life is pretty fun overall. There are a quite a few clubs and events happening throughout the year. So there is usually something going on apart from classes. students are mostly chill and it is easy to make friends once you get comfortable. Canteen and hangout spots are decent too, although they get crowded during break time. Some days are just classes, assignments and going homr lol, but my campus life is well balanced.
Great opportunities for tech people and good campus
College Infrastructure
my college has good infrastructure with well maintained classrooms , labs ,a library and wifi facilities.the campus is clean and provides a supportive learning environment. Most of the facilities are adequate and meet students academic needs.
Academics
I am studying BE in cse(iot, cybersecurity including blockchain tech) stream due to my interest in cyber and technology. The teaching quality is decent with some faculty members very supportive. The curriculam provides a solid foundation but more practical exposure and industry ready updates could make it better.
Placements
The placement opportunities are good ,with several IT and core companies visiting the campus for recruitment . the college provides placement training , aptitude sessions, and interview preparation.many students get placed through placement drives, although package and opportunities vary by branch and individual performance.
Campus Life
The campus is spread across around 29-30 acres and has plenty of greenary ,making it peaceful and pleasant. it is well maintained with good spaces for students to relax and sports , cultural ,events , clubs and technical events.one minor drawback is that some areas can get crowded during peak hours
Anything Else
my experience at the college has been positive so far.i like the green and spacios campus and there are good opportunities to take part in.overall, college life has been a good learning experience though there is still room for improvement in some areas.

Great college with a good infrastructure…the faculty is good and the infrastructure they can improve on it a lot more because the campus overall is small with no playground and no proper auditorium…..
Academics
Academic wise this college is great with good faculty members and they are experienced as well but the only thing is in my course there are not many teachers to teach..but overall the faculty here is great
Placements
i am the first batch here so i’m not really aware of the placements here for my department but i’ve heard that this college has great placements with good packages..and the BPT seniors did get good placements
Good college with supportive faculty and a lively campus
College Infrastructure
The infrastructure is good, but for me personally, I feel like they could’ve done better with the spatial arrangements like be it canteen, library as these are spaces are mostly occupied in the campus
Academics
Faculty are supportive and knowledgable, the curriculum is well structured, and labs and library resources are useful. Workload is manageable and teachers encourage practical learning and projects too
Placements
Placement cell is active, with regular company visits and training sessions for aptitude and interviews. Packages vary by branch, but dedicated students get good opportunities. Overall it’s worth it.
Campus Life
Campus life is lively, with regular fests, clubs and sports events. Students are friendly, hostels and canteens are decent and there’s always some club open to newcomers, making college days fun too.
Anything Else
Overall, the college offers a great learning environment with very supportive faculty, good infrastructure, and active student life. It helps you grow academically and personally, and I’d recommend it
My experience is not that great
College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of college is not that good . There is only one building. No outside area to sit There is no sports area also. Canteen has not enough sitting space and the food option is very less
Academics
The quality of teaching is good and curriculum is also updated with lots of experiments and assessment There are good interaction with teachers regular test and exam are taken presentation activities
