Royal Academy of Law, Oinam was established in the year 1994 by Public Spirited Local Members under the initiative of Shri Irengbam Jugeshwar Singh. The college is recognised by the Government of Manipur. It is an affiliated college of the Manipur University, Imphal. The college provides high-quality education in the law stream. The college offers LLB courses at the undergraduate level. The duration of this course is three years. Candidates need to meet the eligibility criteria required for admission to this course.

Royal Academy of Law Oinam offers admission to its course on the basis of combined assessment through written examination and marks obtained in graduation having 60% and 40% weightage respectively. The college provides many academic and infrastructural facilities for a hassle-free campus life for students.
