Royal Academy of Law, Oinam provides various facilities for the students and the faculty. Library
The College maintains a well-equipped library, originally established in 1997 with a generous donation of ₹1,00,000 from Shri Irengbam Bhorot Singh of Irengbam village. The library holds an extensive collection of law textbooks, journals, reference books, and periodicals.
Auditorium
The college has a huge auditorium where all the cultural activities and events are held.
Cafeteria
The college offers a canteen where healthy meals are offered with proper hygiene. The canteen is cleaned properly on a daily basis.
Girls Hostel
The college Hostel rooms are available for the outstation women students at a concessional rate, and seats are limited first come first-served serve.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has A dedicated computer classroom with broadband internet access available for students and faculty.
Sports
The College offers comprehensive facilities for indoor and outdoor sports.
Moot Court
The college Every student shall have to participate in the practical training and Moot Court during the course of their study. The marks obtained by the students from the practical training and Moot Court will be assessed for the Examination or end end-of-semester Examinations.
Club
The college has opened a Pro-Bono Club which aims to provide pro bono Services to people in need of legal services and to promote equal access to justice. It will strive relentlessly to achieve the goals of the Pro-Bono Club Scheme of the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India.
Workshops
The College organized National Seminars and workshops under the UGC programme from time to time on different themes, and the students and the teachers have been participating.
Gym
The college has also opened a fitness centre with the financial assistance of the UGC during the XI plan period. It was inaugurated by R.K. Ranjan Singh, Director College Development Council, Manipur University in March, 2012.
Wifi
The college has also opened a computer classroom with Broadband Internet facility, in which the students and the teachers can have the opportunity to surf the internet.
