RRMK Arya Mahila Mahavidyalaya medical facilities include a qualified doctor who visits the college once a week and conducts the medical examination of each student once a year. Medical and First Aid are provided to the students from the college.

The college has a Fitness Centre for the students as it believes that "Healthy Mind lives in a Healthy Body.” Students are given a proper session to use the gym equipment safely.

The college has Library Facilities provided to lecturers and research scholars to help them fruitfully in their research projects. Introduction of E-Journals and E-Books through INFLIBNET.

The college has sports facilities for all students. RRMK Arya Mahila Mahavidyalaya sports facilities help students relax between their busy schedules. 

RRMK Arya Mahila Mahavidyalaya is equipped with LCD, OHP, Colour TV, Cassette Player, CDs, Internet access, C.D. Player, CCTV Camera, Inter-Com Connection and an array of computers.

RRMK Arya Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Pathankot has a Canteen that is well-furnished and caters to the needs of the students. A canteen committee is formed every year for the regular inspection of the working of the canteen, its proper cleanliness, discipline and the quality of the food available.

RRMK Arya Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Pathankot has an auditorium facility for events and seminars. RRMK Arya College auditorium is well-equipped with all the multimedia equipment.

The college has existing parking facilities that have further been improved and extended to accommodate the ever-increasing number of two-wheelers.

RRMK Arya Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Pathankot has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. Students are provided with regular practical sessions in the laboratories.

RRMK Arya Mahila Mahavidyalaya also provides extracurricular activities like NSS and NCC. There are two NSS units available for the students.
