The Rural Institute of Higher Studies Bhograi offers a pool of facilities aimed at improving the academic and personal experiences of its students. The RIHS facilities include hostels for both girls and boys, a well-stocked library, specialised laboratories for hands-on learning, and a Computer Education Centre providing cost-effective IT training.

Girls Hostel
The college provides Hostel facilities for girl students. Selection for admission into the Hostel is made for one session on the basis of merit, conduct, and distance. The exception may be considered in the case of Govt. servants and employees on transfer. Admission into the Hostel will be given after the college admission. Seats will be allotted to the selected candidates on the production of money receipt against their Hostel admission.
Library
The college has a library facility for all the students' library is the most attractive section of the college having more than 23,676 books and journals sponsored.
Laboratories
The college has a departmental based laboratory facility for the students.
I.T Infrastructure
One Computer Education Centre has been opened in this college with the approbation of Director H. E. Deptt. we 01-12-2001. So as to cater the requirement of the general student in a line of their training in Computer Edn., students of +2 and +3 Arts / Science/Commerce wings can avail the opportunity of such training with the minimum cost of expenses as a part of additional Diploma and Certificate Courses along with the interdisciplinary courses. It also extensively helps the staff of our college providing such training to one teaching staff and one non-teaching staff each & every year with free of cost. This faculty adds as part of the Professional efficiency of the staff.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.
Sports
The college has a sports facility for all the students.
Alumni Associations
The college has a good networking for the alumni association.
Boys Hostel
The college has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. A border may be rusticated from the Hostel on the report of the Superintendent for gross misconduct. The allotment of seats in the hostel is the discretionary power of the Supt.
