Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Panjab University, Chandigarh.


Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the bachelor's Degree and Master’s Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/ Humanity, Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification, equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the program.

Admission Details

Admission shall be made to Colleges of Education, Punjab. 87% of seats out of 100 are filled through centralized counseling and the rest of 13% of seats are filled through management quota based on merit. 15% of seats are reserved for other states. Notification about admission is notified in the leading newspapers of the area.
