Being in the year 2017, Samarth Institute of Pharmacy, a relatively new institution, dedicated primarily to pharmaceutical education, is located at Belhe, Junnar Taluka of Pune District. Being a co-educational, the institution is affiliated with SPPU and approved by PCI and AICTE. The institute keeps a calm and silent backdrop that minimises stress among students. It has a total enrolment of 107 and a faculty strength of 27. The institute provides two specialised pharmacy programmes. The institute, situated on the Kalyan-Ahmednagar Highway, provides focused learning environments for aspirant pharmacists in the area.

The Samarth Institute of Pharmacy is intended for admission in a comprehensive and merit-based manner only. The institute accepts students to the B.Pharma programme through the state-level entrance exam Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) into pharmacy admissions.
